Had appointment scheduled for 8 am. Night before they contacted saying they would arrive at noon. I stayed hone waiting for them and changing babies nap schedule. Finally they show up at 3 saying they hit traffic. They arrived 30 mins before I had to leave for work. I explained that in 15 mins 4 children would be home from school and running around the house and they couldn’t possibly clean. I have followed up twice. They have made No effort to reschedule and they said a refund wasn’t possible. Very disappointed and a waste of my day.

Very well. The three women arrived right on time, worked tirelessly for four hours and were also very pleasant. Would definitely work with again.

Although they contacted us on the first scheduled day [a Friday] and said there was a illness and could not come, they promptly rescheduled for the following Monday and arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to hire them again and will be watching for another of their specials.

Overall they were a bit difficult to schedule and were late to arrive but once at my house, they did a great job and went above and beyond in cleaning what I asked them to do.

3 girls come to work for about more than 2 hours

They never showed up. Do not use this cleaning service. They gave me one excuse after another.

Awful. Pessoa did not return my calls and denied they knew about the Angie's List deal when they eventually called me back 33 days after the purchase of the deal. I left a voicemail explaining I was returning the deal at 25 days. I do not recommend due to their ignorance and unprofessional-ism.

Performed beyond my expectations. Very thorough!

Could never get a hold of them. Kept saying she was sick and would get back to me with a date and never did. Had to chase Angie's List for my money back. Will never do business with AL again. Whole thing was a joke. And this whole idea that you can't actually talk to anyone at AL unless you pay the premium fee is also ridiculous.

Two very nice ladies did 3 hours of cleaning each. Job was done very well. Thank you.

Swept and dusted, mostly. They could have done a better job, especially the floor. The deal was 3 cleaners for up to 2 hours, they left after 1 hour. They said they would come back to do a better job but then decided not to.

Their service was excellent. They are reliable, friendly, and do good work.

She did a pretty good job. They were great, There were a couple of cleaning ladies, they did a good job.

They sent two people out and cleaned my house.

Poor cleaning job. Also did not clean my office. Also did not clean the wall tile and stall shower tile and clean around the dirty light switches. Did not properly dust.

It was very difficult to arrange a time because they wouldn’t call to find out what was convenient for me but just announced—by e-mail—when they would be there. Our negotiations were excruciating because it took days to go back and forth on finding another time. And then twice they did not show up, but re-scheduled at the last minute, instead of showing up. If we could have had a conversation on the phone it would have helped a lot. It took two weeks to negotiate a time—and for them to come when promised. What is frustrating is that they are the best cleaners I have ever had!

The Cleaners arrived on time and did a terrific job cleaning the bathrooms (2), kittchen, and all other rooms except the bedroom as we requested. They were very efficient and thorough. I plan on hiring them for future work!

Provider was punctual, and did an excellent job.

The cleaning service was done perfectly well. When we arrived, the house sparkled. Very professional and thorough. Will use this service again.

I didn't pay extra. The workers were good.

It went very well. They showed up on time. They worked very efficiently. After they left all 7 rooms looked great.

They did a very good job considering the less than challenging job provided. The only reservation I'd share is that Vera isn't as friendly or communicative as I'd hoped. Everything I said was met with a blank stare, but they did do a satisfactory job. They missed a window but cleaned it after I pointed it out, and missed the laundry area which I forgot to point out. The deal stated that they would stay for as long as required to complete the job - the 3 cleaners ended up staying 4 and 15 min. I suppose I might consider this company for another cleaning job, but not sure I like Vera well enough to do that.

We've been using Pessoa Batista Cleaning for over a year for an every other week house cleaning. Denilza and Vera (daughter and mother) have been great. Having owned a cleaning company many moons ago (called Special Touch), I am very picky on the way things are cleaned. I can say the ladies always seem to put a "special touch" on something that we were not expecting to be done.........I think it depends on how dirty the house is. There are only 2 of us with 2 cats. We are away alot so the house never gets too bad. Regardless, the cleaning is always great and exceeds our expectations. Vera is also the name of lady that you will interact with making your appointments. She always contacts me by text the day before they are to arrive. This works out great.............so were not wondering if someone is going to show up or not. Sometimes we have to make adjustments to the cleaning schedule because we may have to work from home or have company. The girls are very accommodating as long as you give them enough notice. Remember, they are trying to run a business. We highly recommend Pessoa!!!! Now, only if they would cook for us :--)
