Description of Work: I purchased the cleaning services on a big deal promotion. I had to cancel the service and get my money back. |It was very hard to schedule. They didn't show up when scheduled (car broke down) and then it was impossible to schedule anything. |Two weeks after buying the service the house was not yet cleaned.

Description of Work: I got an Angie groupon deal. It was a good deal. 4 hours, don't recall the price. They did a great job cleaning. I gave a B for punctionality because they didn't show the first time due to car trouble. I had sent my phone number through the Angie list messages, but they said they didn't have it. Maybe the cleaner didn't have it with them? I waited but they never showed. I sent an email and they apologized, immediately contacted me the next day and fit me in at my convenience before the holiday. The groupon was due to expire, but they honored it. The next appointment they showed up on time and worked hard and did a great job. Everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. They cleaned very thoroughly.

Description of Work: I had emailed 3 times to set up cleaning dates. |First too busy with holidays, second no response, third could do but then we had to change to ½ hour diffence. Never heard back. I was really hoping to hire them. We really need a cleaner, but lack of contact and dependability is very disappointing. This is all part of the interview process!
