Description of Work: Cleaned kitchens (2), including fingerprints on cabinetry, bathrooms (2), vacuumed throughout. They had to reschedule for the following week due to unforeseen circumstances. They responded to messages promptly prior to visit and arrived promptly. The team of three worked efficiently during their time here. I had given them a list of things I wanted done; only one of the three spoke good English, so communication was a little difficult. I was around (though not underfoot), and I told them they could ask me any questions they needed to, but they did not. They completed what I expected they would in the time. Quality of the work was okay. I would have liked a more thorough scrubbing of the kitchen floors, and I did find a couple of dirt spots afterwards. Also, tub still had a bit of scum on it. Very nice people, but I'd rather have one person only clean in the future (as I am usually around), with better communication skills.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for a cleaning with refrigerator cleaning. I did not receive a response from their service at first probably due to volume. Angie's List followed up with me to confirm if I'd been contacted by Pessoa which is a nice touch. I replied I had not and was contacted by Pessoa soon after. Vera was very kind to me as I had a baby during this time and completely forgot about the cleaning I had purchased, so I became delinquent about contacting her back to schedule a cleaning. We finally found a good time and she came with 2 other women to clean. They were a little late but this was due to a family issue. They did a nice job. I would use them again, but I already have a regular cleaner whom I also like.
