Vera did a great job communicating. She sent me a list of options for days to clean and times. She reminded me the day before with a text message. The girls were on time and ready to work. They did a great job. Cleaning the hard to reach places: the cobwebs in the corners, dust up high, etc.. Very detailed. They brought their own supplies and vacuum. Each room they lifted and moved items to get everything clean. They did a great job!

They were very thorough. Every room looks beautiful. The kitchen appliances look like new. Our 25-year-old microwave has never been this clean. The bedrooms look like hotel rooms, with the bedspreads straightened and smoothed and the pillows fluffed. The window sills are spotless inside and out. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

These cleaners are terrific! They did a detailed and efficient job, brought their own cleaning materials, and cleaned places that wouldn't be seen by other cleaners. They also tidied my kids' rooms and made everything look like an organized and tidy home - so I was extremely happy to come home! The ladies are nice and friendly, but don't speak English, so it is hard to communicate any specifics, but then again I had no comments about their cleaning and would have them come back any time!

The cleaning crew arrived on time and were scheduled to do a deep cleaning of the whole condo. Pessoa Batista Cleaning went above and beyond our expectations. Our condo was gleaming and organized. Vera was prompt and friendly when setting up the appointment. She contacted us the day before to check in about the appointment and to confirm it with us. The price was right for the work performed. We will use Pessoa Batista Cleaning again, and look forward to setting up regularly scheduled cleanings with this company. I am incredibly pleased with Pessoa Batista Cleaning, and plan to use them again based on this experience. Vera, with whom I coordinated, was very accommodating and helped me reschedule my appointment when I was called into work on short notice and had to cancel our originally scheduled time. I know it was an inconvenience, and I am grateful for her help in making this work out. She is very friendly and easy to work with. The ladies who actually cleaned our apartment were also fantastic. They showed up an hour early, but because I had been squeezed in on short notice I was grateful that they were able to make it and was happy for the early start. They provided all of their own supplies, and cleaned up after themselves, taking everything (including any trash that was created) so I was left with a nice, fresh apartment. To begin with, the apartment was very, very dirty, and we had a lot of boxes and miscellaneous things that we were organizing, so the place was an absolute mess. The cleaners were very good about cleaning where they could, without impeding any of the progress we were making, but also about following our lead and cleaning up where we were done. They did not make me feel bad about how dirty the apartment was (it was that bad - I felt guilty), and they were incredibly thorough, also taking care of additional tasks as requested. My bathroom sparkled, andI have never seen my stove so clean. Without my even asking, one of the ladies cleaned out the drip pans under the gas burners. I can't even remember the last time I did that, so I am sure it was a gunky and unpleasant task. It was greatly appreciated, and is just one example of their thoroughness and willingness to rise to various cleansing challenges that they encountered. I recommend Pessoa Batista very, very highly.

They came a few minutes early and with all the supplies they needed. They were quick and quiet; I barely knew they were here. They were wonderful! The house was sparkling when they left. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were prompt and showed up with everything they needed to clean so I didn't need to supply anything. They worked quickly and efficiently but they were also extremely thorough. They were only supposed to be there for 3 hours (according to the deal) but they stayed for 4 hours in order to finish the job! They moved furniture and cleaned underneath, they cleaned the inside of my refrigerator, vacuumed, mopped... They did everything! Made my bed too! My hardwood floors are not in the best condition but they somehow made them look better than I've ever seen them look! And they were so nice to my kitty :) I will definitely use their services again.

The two women sent to clean my house arrived on time, were friendly, accommodating, followed directions and did the MOST fantastic job cleaning my house. I am still being amazed as I look around and see how thorough their cleaning was. I have had several house cleaners over the years and can firmly say that this was the best cleaning job that I can remember. They moved and dusted everything, cleaned the top edges of the tile, floorboards, etc. I was not home when these two women left, so I hope the owner of the company will relay to both of them how totally happy I was with their work.

Well let me tell you I like to cook and my stove looked like a war zone, that stove was cleaned looking like new again, my dishes were washed and putt away, my laundry was folded at no extra charge, my house had never looked this good, all I can say is thank you thank thank you, see you soon.

Vera and Denilza were excelent! i would recomend them to anyone & i have to all of my friends. Me and my boyfriend llive in a 4 bedroom duplex its an older house & quite big, he had been renovating, plastering and painting etc. & things have gotten pretty messy. they did an amazing job cleaning up those rooms and bathrooms were cleaned meticulously ( i hate hate hate having a dirty bathroom!) let me add they were professional, like ive had house cleaners in the past gossiping and talking on their phones, i dont like that. they came in i told them some extra things that needed a lil cleaning and they went right to it & they got the job done. they were great girls. :)
