These ladies were amazing! They left no stone unturned and cleaned my house top to bottom. They got my bathtub looking brand new and even cleaned our fireplace! They exceeded my expectations, did a very professional and thorough job.

They worked very hard for 3 hours and did an excellent job on the areas on which they worked. They missed a few things (which I discovered later) but in my opinion nothing worth noting. I only gave them areas, not specifics, and they worked the entire time they were here. They were pleasant. I don't think language was an issue - speaking skills were somewhat limited but I think they understood everything I said. The owner was very responsive to me. They had some car trouble on the scheduled date so had to come later. This was not an issue for me and I think was not in their control.

I talked to their contact, Vera, and she was delightful. I explained that I was seeing a series of doctors and in the mean time I wasn't going to be able to schedule right away. They said that this would be fine. She sent me a note on 5/13/14 just asking that I let her know when I was ready to schedule which I thought was wonderful. In the end I'm looking at major surgery with a long recovery and I just can't use the service right now. This was the first service provider who had reached back out and contacted me in order to schedule.

I gave them three dates for service,2 - 3 weeks out, they came back with a different date that I could not do. I sent an email--no response. Went on Angie's list to communicate, still no response. Finally, one day before their date they called; I told them I didn't want to do business with an organization that does not answer emails and cannot schedule appointments 2 - 3 weeks out, and asked for my money back They told me to contact Angie's list.

They could not accommodate the dates so I have asked for a refund. Communication with them was fine.

Purchased the deal on Friday and called left a message on Sat. The co said would call me on Monday. I called Angie's list on Monday. I needed service on Monday or Tuesday. Since I haven't heard from anyone I have made other arrangement. I have to cancel this order and please refund my purchase. Thanks

The two women arrived on time with their own supplies. They were friendly and quiet and worked diligently for 3-1/2 hours. I was very pleased with the results.

First thing, one of the workers had an "oh my God" look on her face when she saw the garage. If it were an easy job I would have done it myself. Also, that is not courteous behavior. I must say the two workers worked the full time and worked hard. I was thrilled with the way my garage looked...clean and neat with space to move around. That was great. But things were not organized according to category. Many things that seeed obvious were out of place. I thought that was what they meant by organize. Garden, painting materials, large tools, small tools, auto. Not so. I'm having to go through all my things to get them organized, but at least I have the space to do it!!! Language problem, so reluctance to clarify things, on both our parts. I could never tell if the one worker who seemed to understand more understood what I was saying or not. That's not very comfortable. I wish you had a "maybe" category as to whether I would hire them or not, because that's what I would answer. Overall these were nice folks and they worked hard. I chose "yes" so as not to be too negative.

It was very difficult to make a date and time for them to come and they were an hour and half late because they went to the wrong address

Both cleaners did a great job and worked very hard. Everything started off quite dirty as we had recently moved in and was perfectly clean when the finished.

Very efficient but difficulty with English

They did a pretty good job in the time they were here. No complaints. They covered all their bases. They worked quickly and competently. We had scheduled them for a certain time duration, and they left a little earlier, but honestly I'm not sure there was much they left undone. We were pretty pleased.

They missed their scheduled appointment time.

Got a coupon for the cleaning service. Scheduling a time is a PAIN!!! I've repeatedly asked the company to communicate with me through my personal email or text because i don't login to Angie's list frequently and they still continue to contact me through Angie's list (6 responses). I think they're scheduling appts 2 weeks out and that's not always convenient. When asked if there's a possibility of changing my appointment to an early time, I was told I took too long to respond to them. Huh!!!??? Perhaps it wouldnt take so long if they had communicated with me through my personal email. That's a little rude (perhaps language barrier, as indicated by some reviews). I've yet to be able to schedule an appointment so once that happens, I will know whether or not this is worth it and update this review. So far it's been a very frustrating experience.

They did a great job cleaning the house. they were punctual, diligent and very friendly

They arrived on time. Mother and daughter team. One spoke English and one didn't. Began with garage organization/cleaning and progressed to basement and attic areas. Hard working, very efficient team, friendly, capable of helping with small/medium size items being re-organized. Will consider them for housecleaning/tasks in the future.

I needed services ASAP but they were booked...they contacted me immediately and got my refund SAME DAY!

It went well. The 2 women were helpful and patient.

The company came and did exactly what I expected them to do. They did a very nice job.

The provider and I have not been able to schedule on any of the days I gave her. I gave her 5 different days some even more than two weeks out and she was unable to do the work on any of them.

They were thorough, prompt, and able to schedule cleaning at the last minute. They did unexpected tasks - even cleaned out my refrigerator!!!

Simply awesome. 2 women came, right on time, and cleaned the house. I've read on here that language could be a problem, but we didn't have any problems and didn't see any issues. They cleaned, mopped, dusted, etc. Our kitchen has never looked better in a LONG time. They moved furniture and cleaned everywhere. They brought their own cleaning supplies, which we fine with us. Given how much they had to clean, we realized that they wouldn't be able to finish it all within the 7 hours. (They worked non-stop, it was more how much there was to clean.) So, both of them decided to stay longer (on a Friday afternoon/night) and finish the job. I HIGHLY recommend them. This was our first experience with home cleaners, and maybe we're naive, but we really thought this was a top-notch job. Also, great communication via texting and email with Vera. Note that there are 2 Veras. One who manages the business and another who is one of the cleaning women. Also, regarding trust. We have two kids and they leave change, gift cards, etc. everywhere. And, when we took a look at the work at the end, they put them aside. They definitely earned our trust. Thank you again. And, we will look to continue to work with them regularly on a bi-monthly basis. We will update this review as we continue to use them.

2 women foe 2 hours equal 4 hours for $59, did not speak English hardly at all. Did very good, well focused job. Would hire again at this price but would add other rooms and linens. Very nice service.
