To top it off, many are dismayed to find their roof was installed by a non certified roofer, and no manufacturer will honor their warranty. We do not dispute the members claim. We do apologize for missing a scheduled appointment and inconveniencing them. We do our best to be as organized as we can, unfortunately our efforts weren't good enough. The large demand this year caused by the extreme winter of 2014 / 2015 put a heavy strain on our estimators, doubling work loads in some cases. Unfortunately some appointments were unintentionally missed.

Description of Work: I contacted Newton Roofing to repair ice dam damage prior to the winter 2015 storms and had to wait until June for the repairs. I had a deposit on file for over 6 months. Rich Melo was terrible about returning calls and scheduling my repairs. I realize that roofers have a lot of work but the way I was treated was completely inexcusable.

Description of Work: We used Newton Roofing about 5-6 years ago to reshingle our roof, then again this past winter to replace our wooden gutters. They were great! We had trouble scheduling due to weather, but they came out on a fair weather break in mid-winter and did the job! Thank goodness, because having functional gutters was important this winter! Since we were delayed, they actually offered to paint the wood they were using for fascia board behind the gutters before they put it up, which was a huge help to us. Great to work with!!

Description of Work: I had an asbestos roof which needed to be disposed of legally. Then had a new roof put on. My roof is tough to work on. Very high angles. They gave me a very competitive bid. Did the work when they said and did it quickly. Very good job. Went thru this past awful winter with no problems. Hard to communicate with. They give you the bid and then show up when they say but not much good at returning calls in between times!
