It went great!

Although, the cost of the cleaning is a little much, he does a fantastic job and the grill is as good as new. Chris had the correct heat shields in stock for my grill and his price for them was very reasonable. He also did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.

Mr. Grill has been out on six occasions. Always on time, professional and thorough.

Excellent, tech did a great job on the grill

As in pervious years, Mr. Grill came right on time, did a fabulous job, and spent more time than he probably expected because the grill was seriously dirty. The inside and outside now sparkle. No, it is not cheap, but it is well worth the price. The grill works better than new.

Chris is a true, fully knowledgable professional. He came over to clean my 10 year old Frigidaire gas oven, arrived on time, had all the necessary materials to do the job, and when he was finished, not only was the oven spotless, but also the work area. Chris is also very courteous and understanding. I happily give Chris 5 stars (very top rating) for his service and highly recommend him to anyone who wants their oven restored to its day-of-purchase pristine condition. If anyone thinks that they can do the same excellent job themselves, fine. But do you really know what you are doing? What you have to do? Do you have the proper equipment and supplies? Easiest and most convenient service call ever! I emailed Chris, he responded immediately, I completed the on-line work order, he made the repair to my grill while I was at work. I was thrilled to have a repaired/working grill with no muss/no fuss. Seriously, nothing could have been easier or more convenient. THANK YOU Mr. Grill! :-)

On the pricey side, $195 for clean and $230 for replacing 2 burners.Nice enough guy but not sure if it is worth paying this much again.

Great job. I thought it was a little expensive, but when they wer done i'd say it was worth it. Came right on time and meticulously worked on my old grill for quite some time.Couldn't recognize the old grill. Grill was a top of the line Webber gas grill 10 yrs ago. To replace would have cost more than double what I paid Mr Grill for what is effectively a new grill. Highly recommend!

I have rarely dealt with an individual whose customer service skills are as good as Chris's. I would recommend him highly. He was courteous, prompt and detail oriented.

Chris Kay (Mr Grill) is very professional and thorough. Anyone who has ever cleaned a grill knows what a difficult job it is. Chris has the experience and tools to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased that he cleaned up after himself and I didn't have to do a thing. His scissor sharpening equipment is state of the art.

I contacted Chris by email on a Sunday night, and he responded over night and came out the next day, fixing the problem. I was very happy with his work.

This company/person says in his Angie's List listing that his service area is within a 35 mile radius of Boston. He responded to my email saying that I was outside his area even though Nahant is 12 miles from Boston. He also said that I was 24 miles from where he is; still not 35 miles. I mentioned his listing and he said that he would come out. I asked for an estimate and a date when he could come. That was a week ago and I have neither heard nor seen a response from him. Does he have so much business that he needs no more? Even so, he doesn't seem to be Angie's List quality.

Mr Grill cleaned the grill better than we could ever have done ourselves. He told us we might want to think about replacing the burners in a couple of years, so he didn't recommend unnecessary repairs. He was extremely thorough and we would recommend him. Having him come to do the work was a worthwhile investment.

It went FANTASTIC. As mentioned above he was on time and arrived with all the equipment needed and all the equipment needed to clean up afterwards. He is very easy to talk too and he is a great listener and does what you ask. He took his time to clean my grill first by hand removing baked on grease and then he used a degreaser on the inside as well as on the cast irongrates. They came out looking like new. He then removed all the rust from the outside and sanded it smooth and painted it perfetly. I also had him install a couple of Thermometers and wheels and he measured everything precisly and used a level to make sure the grill was leveled. I still can't believe how amazing it looks. He brought his knife shapepening tools and took his time putting on a new edge and honing the knives perfectly and measured the edges to make sure they were right. Chris is the most patient person and has an unbelievable attention to detail that I have never experienced before which is a breath of fresh air. His prices are very reasonable, his work his second to none and he is very easy to communicate with and is also funny, not mention an excellent listener and explainer. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. I will always use Chris of Mr. Grill and consider myself lucky to have found such a company who I can completely trust with no reservations. Thank you Chris.

We appreciated Chris's responsiveness by email and also his willingness to come out to the house early in the morning so that we didn't have to miss work. He was on time and efficient taking care of the problem. The cost seemed a little high, but was worth it for us because the service was great. Chris indicated that the distance he had to travel was also a factor. All in all, we had a good experience.

When I attempted to start the grill up, I could hear a hissing noise and assumed there was a leak. After checking the list I called Christoper Kay of Mr. Grill. What service! Within 30-45 minutes of my call to him he was at my house, diagnosed the problem, put in a new, I think it was a regulator, and the grill was ready to be used. He also cleaned the grill up a little bit and did something so that the flame from the front of the grill would more easily go to the back.

I had never been happy with the performance of my grill. It would not get hot enough. I called Chris and he said he thought he would be able to improve the situation. He came out as scheduled, cleaned the grill and made some adjustments. The grill functions extremely well now.

Excellent. Chris was responsive on the phone and by email. Scheduled us for a week later, at our home (very convenient - no need to schlep your dirty grill to the repair shop). Then he emailed and said he could come early due to a cancellation - came next day. Was nice, businesslike, and did a great job cleaning and repairing the grill. Said he had to get a part and left, only to be back 40 minutes later with the part and finished the job for us. Excellent job!
