I had recess lights installed in a room that previously did not have them. My garbage disposal fuse was updated and I had a series of motion lights added to the outside of my rental property. The appointment was made fast the work was completed when it was supposed to be completed and I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

Super. Chris was on time, super courteous, and followed up very nicely. The job was done very well. I did sign up for their subscription service so I can get some of those benefits. That helped reduce the cost of the work. I did feel that they charge a bit more on the high end, but I think you get what you pay for and it was worth it to me.

Clear communication, came out in person and gave an all-inclusive quote same day, paid up front, service performed following week. Technician professional, wore mask entire time. Did not have appropriate circuit breaker on first visit, but came back a few days later and put in appropriate circuit breaker. Great experience, would use again.

The Markarian team were wonderful and made short work of a somewhat tricky job. While on the surface a service upgrade and EV Charger installation seems straightforward, some things conspired on our property to make it complicated. Nonetheless the Markarian team got the job done professionally and promptly.

It went great. Fast appointment, technician promptly showed up. In addition to the main problem, I had a number of small things I wanted advice/estimates on in an old house with quirky updates over the years and he took care of several of them quickly during the walk-through for no specific extra charges (including disconnecting some outlets and circuits that were made obsolete in a previous re-model and never removed from the main panel). The main problem turned out to be a non-problem, which was a relief, but he was patient with me to sort out that my new space heater was drawing so much power and demonstrated the difference of power draw on the circuit with using and it and not using it. He also gave some advice on the aging and not-quite-to-modern code main disconnect switch and sent me a prompt estimate for resolving it.

It went great. The Markarian team showed up on time, worked very hard, and got the job done just as I asked. They took care of my stuff, covered surfaces, patched the holes they made, and didn't leave me out of the loop on any question or decision. My living room sounds great!

The electrician was great! He did a beautiful job--it looks good and works great. He cleaned up and was wonderful to work with. Cannot say enough nice things about him.

We've used Markarian several times for some biggish to smallish projects. They are professional and very responsive. In two cases some unforeseen complications developed. On one of them they felt it was their fault and corrected the situation at no charge despite the big job it entailed. On the second it was a problem one of their subcontractors unwittingly created, and they came back and fixed it free of charge when I provided them the invoice of their subcontractor. I might not use them for a very small job as they charge based on the written estimate they provide and not on the time it actually turns out to take. But for a medium-sized or larger job, I will always call on them. Their deep expertise and responsiveness are well worth the money. And the contractors are friendly, polite, do a great clean-up and wear booties to protect the floors.

We needed help to change over several interior ceiling light fixtures to new pieces we had purchased and we needed bigger and stronger garage ceiling lights. In addition to the work that was needed, we also wanted to request estimates on 3 projects for the Spring - installation of an exterior light post and lamp, running an underground line out to a back garden for an outlet and to fix our kitchens under cabinet lighting. Their electrician arrived promptly at the expected time and was very courteous and professional. He was very well organized and efficient. We discussed the options for the garage lights and he recommended going with 2 x 48" LED panels and we checked Home Depot online, found a good product and I went over and made the purchase. He did the installation in no time and the lighting is fabulous. Overall, great work! We got the estimates a day later and 2 of the 3 look very workable and we will go forward with Markarian for those projects. The price for the undercabinet lighting was about 10 x more than I would have expected so we'll hold off on that. Maybe I can do that one myself. ME is a reliable and very professional group and you won't be disappointed.

It went well. They did need to come back for a second trip because the electricity going to the video doorbell wasn't adequate. They need ed to install a transformer. The doorbell installation was $275 and the additional transformer was $1125. Both men were knowledgeable and professional.

Very well. While Markarian charges top dollar, they perform at a high level. Electricians (Jerson & Jason) were knowledgable, professional and on-time. They did what I needed them to do and they did what they said they would do. Will, Markarian's operations manager went the extra mile to track down the lighting manufacturer to spec the correct dimmer. His email correspondence was timely and helpful.

The wire was checked for integrity and found to be ok. It did not need to be replace. Also installed a LED ceiling fixture. They were professional, efficient, courteous and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend them.

I came home the Sunday after the 4th of July to find the central fire alarm box in our building beeping and the trouble light was on (this happens every once in a while). I called Markarian, who had installed it, and they told me what to do to silence it until they could come out in the morning. I still couldn't get it to stop beeping so I called and asked if he could come out. He came the Sunday after the 4th at 7:30 pm - he was very nice, patient and accommodating and he made it stop beeping and we made an appointment to check out the entire system in the next couple of weeks.
