Description of Work: Internal and external repairs to 100 year old stone foundation. Removal of crumbling external concrete stairs. Rebuild of basement bulkhead. Replace basement windows.

+ -1 moreGreat attitude, hard working team, excellent communication. Price was significantly lower than two other bids, which was a little concerning. Decided to go with him because of good reviews on AL and my neighbor's recommendation. He did a very high quality job with only a modest amount of guidance. Mario is a real stand-up guy who takes pride in his skills and does an excellent work for very fair compensation. I am tough on service providers (most fall short in my book), and Mario passed with high grades. Use him - you'll like him - as well as get a great mason.
Description of Work: Re-pointed and water-sealed entire interior of field stone foundation. Also replaced rotted basement windows.

Description of Work: Mario and his team repaired an old stone wall next to our sunken driveway (4.5 ft high by 30 ft long) that was falling down. He basically took it all down and used our stone again to make a beautiful sturdy wall. That was two years ago and not a stone has moved over the years. Good solid work. We got two other estimates and Mario's came in at less than half of the highest estimate. He and his team worked quickly and left us with a perfectly clean driveway and lovely new stone wall. I would use him again if I have a need for another stone wall.

+ -1 moreThe crew arrived at 7:45 on the scheduled day. We immediately left for work. When we came home that evening, the work was complete, and the site totally cleaned up. There had been a large tree root in the way of the new sidewalk, which was removed at no additional cost. The work is beautiful (we had done a drive-by of some of his work nearby, and it was equally as well done). A coworker came to pick me up in the morning, admired the work, and immediately asked for Mario's contact information. We would recommend Mario and his crew wholeheartedly.
Description of Work: The crew tore up a two part front sidewalk (one to the street with an additional part to the driveway). Original sidewalk was slate set in concrete. The debris was removed, and the sidewalk was replaced with brick.
