 + -1 moreOrdered 2 doors in November. Was told it would be a few weeks for delivery. It's now March and I still don't have the doors that were ordered.They gave excuse after excuse for the first couple months, then stopped responding altogether. Finally I disputed the initial deposit with my credit card company and then then give me a call back and say it'll just be a couple more weeks. They charged my card for the balance and have still not delivered the doors... At this point I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company and start over again with another company.

replacement windows, doors
 + 0 moreI walked into a showroom full of staff. But apparently they must be very wealthy because not one person asked if I needed help - and I'd walked the entire showroom (which is big), looked at all the doors, stood in front of someone who I'd been referred to, for quite a while while he was on the phone. I was there about 45 minutes. And ended up just walking out. Apparently they don't want to do business with a 50-something woman. However, when I emailed someone there, that person was very responsive in getting me a quote. Their hours are NOT for regular working people. Only for people in the trades.
Description of Work: Went to look at their extensive door selection, as I needed to replace six interior doors in my house.
