Locktight Masonry & Waterproofing

Locktight showed up at 8 am and wanted a local personal check of 2750 dollars - not a credit card as shown on Angi - to buy new bulkhead. They came back - no new bulkhead - tore out old bulkhead and steps and dug a trench around the side of the house, saying there cracks in the foundation and they would need $30,000 - $40,000 to stabilize the house or it could be condemned. I would need to sign a waiver if I didn't agree . I said I needed a second opinion and also would contact the Building Commissioner to see if Locktight had obtained a permit, as they indicated they had. They asked if I wanted the trench filled back in - I said no, as I needed verification from the Commissioner on the cracks status. They left - didn't take the old bulkhead, leaving me with a huge mess. The Building Commissioner came out that afternoon and said the foundation was fine. He tried contacting Locktight twice the following day and they hung up on him. My attempts to reach them were similar - voicemail or hang ups.. My new contractor is charging me $6200 - a lot of his time is being spent on filling back in the unnecessary trench work.(name Removed)

Locktight Masonry and Waterproofing is a scam outfit! A quoted $5500 bulkhead door replacement turned into a huge messy trench and an attempt to extort $30,000 - $40,000 for unneeded foundation stabilization. I lost $2750 to these thieves plus have a huge mess to contend with and no new bulkhead door! Their addresses are phony as is their license number. Phone calls go to voicemail or they hang up, even on the local Building Commissioner. Stay away from this so called business, headed by Connor Henderson and his sidekick Chris .

Our chimney was disintegrating after nearly 60 years since its constructionâ chips of brick and mortar were falling to the ground regularly. Micheal was professional, responsive, and prompt. Within a week of reaching out, micheal was able to fit us into his schedule. Our chimney is fixed and looks great. Strongly recommend!

Starting with Steve being very timely and efficient with the free quoting process, and ending with Max showing up right at the start of the appointment window, completed a foundation crack repair very quickly, and left everything nice and clean! He then took the time to discuss options for other potential issues that he noticed and his opinions on what would be worth doing prior to finishing our basement. The crew was amazing! Kept me fully informed about the steps they were taking and showed me how to work everything once done. Really impressed by their skill and communication style with clients, which isnâ t always this easy and relaxed. Included me in decision making on water ejection line. I have a lot of confidence in the system set up for me and look forward to a dry spring in the basement. Do not look any further for a masonry company! James and his workers are the best! The job was completed on time and the cost was very reasonable. There was excellent communication throughout the project. The result was better than expected. I plan to have my front steps repaired after the winter, so I will l definitely be giving James a call in the spring

Guys were very professional, did a great job, they installed chimney liner, cap and repaired the exterior bricks of the chimney. Awesome job, and best of all no surprises in the cost, what they quoted me is what I paid. I would definitely recommend them!

Mike and his team were exceptionally professional. Service is always prompt, and they constantly go above and beyond to ensure that all the water draining problems are resolved. Fees are also as competitive as they get. Would definitely recommend their services to anybody who needs a problem solver
