Installation of backsplash was completed in 2 days and looks terrific. Install team was extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend Lafauci Tile & Marble.

 + -1 moreLet me start by saying Joe is FANTASTIC! By the time we got to LaFauci my husband and I were exhausted (they never said remodeling would be easy). We were really just peeking and it was near close on a Saturday, but Joe was helpful, listened, and gave us some immediate great ideas. We left to make some decisions, after getting back my husband had decided he wasn't in love with what Joe originally proposed so when we returned he listened to my husbands comments and helped us find tile we are in LOVE with. Any time we had a tile question he or his staff were professional, nice, and had quick replies. The tile arrived on (maybe even before) the estimated delivery date. And our contractor had no issue with the delivery. They even gave me a full refund on a threshold we purchased and ended up not needing, per Joe's recommendation we found a better alternative than he was able to offer. I will return, and will continue to highly recommend LaFauci Tile & Marble. ***note we are still in process, but here is the tile so far***

Description of Work: Best deal on a beautiful marble counter top; they took care to locate each area of counter from the slab as I wanted. I went to their shop in Nbpt where I chose the slab. Selection to installation in 1 week. Superb service and product. I'll go nowhere else.

Description of Work: LaFauci Tile was superb to work with! We began in the showroom with Joe LaFauci and his associates Stephanie and Michele who were an excellent source of information and provided us wonderful guidance on tile selection and were patient with our many questions. Joe also was very helpful in making sure our order was placed and the installation schedule was set according to our needs, and put us in touch with Monique's showroom to be sure all of the fixtures and trimming we ordered were closely aligned with our scheduled installation. We renovated and retiled two full baths and a powder room, including removing a tub in one of the baths and replacing it with an elegant shower stall. Saverio LaFauci did the entire tiling and installation, and I can't say enough positive things about working with him- from his warm presence and punctuality, to his checking in with me at my office at day's end to learn if everything was to our liking, to the excellent craftsmanship. We are thrilled!!! And, all of this at an incredibly fair price.

 + -1 moreI have approached LaFauci Tile for ceramic tiles. They are great people to deal with and very knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of materials. The owner is LaFauchi, they handle the company and the father of the guy who runs the store. He is a real professional. He knows the job. They have been in the business for years and they know how to do it. I didn't compare really for the price. I would not need any more tiles in the future that was the last lot there.
Description of Work: They are currently working on the tile job. LaFauci Tile sold me the tiles, it is marble flooring and tiles.

 + -1 moreIt went well; he managed to make the new tile and grout blend in with tiles that are older. The area is highly trafficked and and heighly visible. The repair is aesthetically pleasing; our friends can not identify the replaced tiles.
Description of Work: Removed damaged tiles and replaced them with new tiles. The tiler was professional, pleasant, neat and skillful. The servics were fairly priced.

 + -1 moreJoe was great! He not only showed us the tile but also gave really great advise on design, color and care considerations. We ended up going with low maintenance porcelain tiles in all 3 spaces and love them all. The store has a very nice selection and Joe comes from a family of tile installers so knows how it should be done right. Also, he was very patient with us and joked about how we showed up every Saturday to take more samples home. All this during the time when he was getting married. He is knowledgeable, courteous and a nice guy too. Although we had an installer who worked for our General Contractor, I believe Joe could give some great recommendations for tilers as well.
Description of Work: Provided the tile for three bathrooms we were doing (one brand new and two renovations).

Description of Work: We purchased tile here for a DIY project. It didn't matter to them that our budget was small or that we were not hiring them for service; everyone was friendly, helpful, took the time to talk through the project with us including their advice, and even tried to find us a more affordable product. After going to many tile stores in watertown, Dedham, and beyond, we would never think twice about hiring La Fauci for a project in the future.

Description of Work: I had a great experience purchasing my tile from Lafauci. I worked with Joe and he was terrific. He was very good at accessing my needs and finding the tile I was looking for. He is always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This is a well run family business and I would definitely purchase tile from them again. They did not install the tile for me because I used my contractor's tile guy.

 + -1 moreWe were renovating three different bathrooms and had stopped into a few places to look at tiles. Buying tile can be an overwhelming process, and nowhere did we get the level of support and advice that we got from Lafauci. We could tell that these guys took a lot of pride in their product and service. They listened to our preferences and concerns and delivered great recommendations. We felt like we went into their store as "tile beginners" and emerged as "tile experts" which is a testament to how well they educate their customers. Finally, they were incredibly thoughtful in managing our costs. For example, we wanted to go with marble for one of the bathrooms, but were concerned about the cost. They suggested an approach of combining a marble floor with a less expensive tile on the bath that reduced the overall cost, but still looked great.
Description of Work: We purchased all of the tile and grout for three different bathrooms from Lafauci.
