Hratch and his crew were fantastic. I could not be happier. The quality of the work and their attention to detail was superb. Hratch was extremely attentive and very well organized, he or his crew were always prompt and thorough. They did a perfect job. I recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Hratch responded to phone calls promptly, addressed all my mother's questions and concerns, arrived on time, were neat, cleaned up and did a fantastic job. He had a good eye for how things should look and gave us some good suggestions while listening to what we wanted. Overall, a great guy and easy to work with.

IMG did not appear for the appointment. I called 30 min. after the appointment time and spoke with the gentleman who was supposed to be at my house. He had obviously forgotten our appointment. Didn't even have my address with him. Made a couple of lame excuses for not showing up("I was busy this morning. A couple things came up," etc.). He wanted to reschedule. I declined.

They were excellent! I changed colors after they started because I didn't like it and they were very agreeable. All the people working with him were helpful, nice people and cleaned up afterwards. They did a beautiful job, and I would use them again!

They did a great job. They were on time and they were quick and efficient. They were very respectful. We are already talking to them about some other work that needs to be done.

He provided reasonable estimates and did not use any pressure tactics. He even went out of his way to point out some things about the previous work done on the walls which no one else we interviewed did. Of everyone we spoke to we felt the most comfortable with Hratch, and that's why we picked him. Given the relative small nature of the job, we felt that contractors may not take the job too seriously or accommodate us on weekends, but our experience was just the opposite. Hratch was able to accommodate us on a weekend and showed pride in doing the job, no matter how small. His only request was that we pay in cash which was not an issue at all. He showed up on time and (with his one helper) painted both rooms super quick. They did a great job on the rooms taking care of minor details while painting. As a bonus they even plastered and painted one of our entry way walls that had some damage the day before due to furniture moving - without charging extra! They cleaned up after they were done and tried to leave the place as it was (other than the freshly painted walls) before they came.

It went extremely well from start to finish. The paint job was beautifully done. I was amazed by the attention to detail that the whole crew had and the energetic way they went about their work. It was completed in a timely fashion.

Hratch and his workers are fantastic: timely, skilled, efficient and nice to be around. We had gotten the reference to this company after a near disaster with another painter we had to fire (among other things, he was drinking on the job). Hratch assessed the trouble, made timely estimates, and made sure everything was done with the highest craftsmanship.

He did an outstanding job! Having met him months ago when he gave me an estimate for an exterior paint job, he impressed me as a capable guy who was good at follow through. I called him later under a big time deadline and he really delivered. He completed the job a day ahead of the planned finish time. He was easy to talk to. He kept me posted about any changes along the way and let me know if there would be any additional cost or other needs. He was gracious and very thorough. At first I thought his price for the hallway was a little high, but after he explained the amount of detail he would include in that estimate I could see where the time would be spent. Even so, the result surpassed my expectations. For example, I had just gotten the ww carpeting removed from the stairs. He discussed painting the risers and railing. That had not occurred to me. We worked out an arrangement that met my timeline and my budget. It was great!

He does excellent work. He has done work for my business as well as my home. I am a developer and he paints all of the properties - interior and exterior. He went above and beyond.
