Description of Work: They replaced fencing along my property line, matching exactly the design of fence that was being replaced. The were a little lower-priced than established firms of this type from whom I'd received quotes. The salesperson was always reachable by phone, even taking my call while he was on vacation in Aruba. The work was done promptly and neither me nor my wife had to be home when the work was done.

Description of Work: I asked them for a quote for a new gate. They were very prompt, and very professional. I would say that this is probably the top of line fence company in the area; unfortunately, their prices reflect that.

Description of Work: Installed new fence alongside threes side of property to replace old, worn-out one. |Did a good job trying to preserve vines and plantings that grew on or in front of old fence. They worked hard in the cold weather. Polite, friendly crew. New fence looks great. Eddie, one of the owners, is a good guy, honest and straightforward. He does not try to upsell the customer.

Description of Work: I called Ideal Fence on 4/27/15 and the owner came out that afternoon to do an estimate. The project was to repair a fence that was damaged in the winter storms this year. He sent his men to do the work the next day, and they were professional and nice, and the job is guaranteed. I would recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: Removed a privacy fence that had fallen down, replaced a rotted fence post, replace the latch on the fence door (above and beyond the call, and just because they thought it was the right thing to do).

Description of Work: They looked at existing fence, measured, gave me an estimate. Told me approximately when they'd install the new fence. It went well.

Description of Work: A representative came to provide an estimate of cedar stockade fencing a very short time after my call. An estimate was provided that was fair, but more than we wanted to pay for a privacy fence. So we did not place the order, but appreciated the timely respose.

Description of Work: Two men came to repair my fence after Hurricane Sandy. They put up two sections that came down and also strengthened other secions. It was a great help.

Description of Work: We called Ideal Fence and several other companies to try and get a fence installed because we just rescued a dog who needed the security of a fenced yard. Ideal responded right away and Eddie came right over and gave us an estimate that seemed a little high but we got another one and it was actually a good deal. They installed the fence within a week of the time that we said lets do it. The guys that did the installation were professional and polite and they did a great job. We are very happy and satisfied with the work. We didn't think we could get a fence installed so quickly especially in the middle of winter in New England. Thank you Ideal Fence.

Description of Work: An estimate was provided for fence repair. I got a verbal one after calling back but a written one has not arrived as requested.

Description of Work: I needed some vinyl fence pieces to make raised beds for a garden. Mark sold me the pieces and gave me a great deal. Spent a lot of time helping me figure out how to do the project. Said I could bring things back if it did not work and could come back in if I needed more help. Cared more about making sure I knew how to use tools safely, and that my project would last and look good, than he did about making money.
