Dave and his crew did a great job renovating my first floor apartment. He was responsive, easy to work with, and does quality work. I would recommend him for large renovations and small carpentry jobs. He is a pro!

We were very pleased with all the work that they completed on our project. The Grange team were always on time with the work and did not delay any other parts of the project. Whatever prices they gave us before the start, is what they charged us at the end of the project, unless we changed what we wanted in between. They were very professional and a great team to have working on our project. I would highly recommend Grange Carpentry to anyone that would ask me.

The project could not have gone any better....of course we ran into some unexpected items...for example...the previous renovation was done over the existing space....therefore we needed to demolish twice the amount originally expected. David and the guys worked straight through the night and all weekend to ensure that we stayed on time. David worked very well with the other sub contractors and his input was invaluable in making decisions with them....especially the plumber and the HVAC team. The amount of pride and care that they took is unheard of...I've done multiple renovations both for personal and business...in Boston, Europe, and in the Caribbean....I've never been so happy with any team. I am planning to use Them again this spring. We finished on time and the only extra charges were for the unforeseen extra demo and removal!! 6 weeks start to finish. He even came in in our first day of business to be sure everything was running smoothl. I am happy to have anyone stop in to the salon anytime.

I had a serious structural problem in my home and a friend recommended Grange Carpentry & Construction based on how satisfied he was with their work. I called, and David Hession was there the next day. David thoroughly surveyed the situation and explained to me the problems and advised me of the options. David prepared an estimate and we engaged his services. Within two days a crew on the the job demolishing, repairing and finishing. The scope of the work included structural, studding, sheetrock, painting and finish work which included blending the hardwood floor with the original and replacing the French door. The work took ten days and the price was on budget. I intend to use Grange Carpentry and Construction on any future projects and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and honest contractor.

David Hession designed a kitchen for us that is far more than we could ever envision ourselves. By removing walls and changing the layout - the kitchens not only looks amazing but has a much better flow and gave us that open concept. The quality of the work was outstanding. Through out the process David was professional and always available to us - he kept everything moving forward smoothly. The contractors were there when scheduled and their work was excellent. We were very happy with our experience with Grange Construction and would be happy to recommend him to any of our friends or acquaintances.

The project was seamless, stress-free (from our perspective) and the level of work was superb. I wouldn't think to go with another company for any work we plan to do on our house as Dave Hession and his company were absolute professionals and very honest, straightforward and really good at what they do. They went the extra mile in every respect and over and above the job.

Grange Carpentry was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were timely, efficient, and the quality of their work was exceptional. Dave communicates well and has a very positive "can do" attitude that we greatly appreciated. He is very skilled and able to quickly resolve any unforeseen issues encountered. Our building is an 1895 row house in Boston and nothing was level or plumb and the floor had quite a slant. Dave was great in helping to determine how best to resolve the issues so that the finished walls/floors were true and plumb and ready for tiling. The finished carpentry work involved installing floating cabinets on three walls and baseboard and door trim to match the existing. The cabinet installation required an attention to detail in order to align the components properly and the end product looks great. The finished bathroom is fantastic and we owe a great deal to Dave for making the construction process as positive as it can be.

Extremely professional on a level unlike I have experienced in the past working with contractors. offered advise on different ways to approach design, layout , cost savings, ect. excellent communication to make sure was happy from beginning throughout the project and upon completion

David, the owner, was on the job site from start to finish. Unfortunately, the damage was more than we could see, but David consistently kept me informed of what was going on. There was so much damage from termites and dry rot, we needed our entire back side of the house reframed. Grange took care of it from beginning to end, I didn't have to worry!

Grange Carpentry is phenomenal. They redid our kitchen, bathroom and some additional framework construction when we moved into our first home. The work was done quickly, efficiently and extremely well. We get compliments all of the time when people come to our home as to "what we did with the place" and we owe that all to Grange Carpentry! We would 100% use Grange Carpentry again when/if we do further work to our home!
