Description of Work: It took awhile to get someone to come take a look. We were disappointed because we gave our address early on, someone did come out when we were not at home but never left a note or a call indicating they had been here. When I followed up to inquire whether there had been a visit I was told our home was 'outside their normal route'. I would have appreciated knowing that from the onset. You can see the location on any map. It would have saved everyone time. I think they just didn't want to do our yard. It's not a big job.

Description of Work: Fixed up my entire yard.

Description of Work: They removed ugly and tough yew bushes from all around the front of our house and then later came back and mulched and put in some bushes in one area. The initial work was done promptly and well. Then we had a little trouble communicating because some of the messages went into Junk Mail and I thought that there should have been slightly better follow-up. I would rather have spoken on the phone with someone because I wasn't sure my messages were being received. I do think that they are one of the few companies who had the equipment and personnel capable of getting those bushes out so overall I was pretty pleased and I thought that the cost was quite reasonable.

Description of Work: Dom called me back right away and arrived when he said he would. He spent a good amount of time talking with me about the project. He offered thoughtful suggestions and solutions to some of the problem areas with our lawn. He delivered the estimate on time. Although his estimate was lower than the other we received, it did not include some of the things we talked about, so we decided to go with the other company.

Description of Work: Cosco laid pavers all the way down the side of our house and laid pavers and added flowerbeds in the small area behind our house.

Description of Work: None - We met with a Don, who was prompt and pleasant. We wanted to remove 90% of existing shrubs (five overgrown bushes) and resod the front lawn (10' 20'). His suggestions were helpful (one of which we ended up implementing) and he seemed knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Removed sand, gravel, concrete, and decking of old above-ground pool; leveled land; filled with new soil and planted grass seed.

Description of Work: We called and Dom at Cosco scheduled a meeting with us for the following day (a Saturday!). We want to excavate our small back yard and rebuild 2 patios (with a dry well and a small wall). He brought his landscaping professional (Joe?) with him and they walked the property with us giving us some feedback. He then drove us around our neighborhood showing us some of their hardscaping completed work. They did not give us a price quote as they wanted specific material requests included. Now that we know these things, we will follow up with them for a price quote as we liked what we saw and their responsive, courteous nature.
