Description of Work: Colonial came out and checked out my ice dam damage. After a quick check, he advised me that I didn't actually need any work done; the water had done its damage, to keep an eye on the ceiling for further erosion but that the worst had passed. I appreciated his candor, honesty, and pointing out that expensive work was not going to fix anything. Great guy. I recommend him.

 + -1 moreI had a new roof installed. A few months later, two leaks appeared. I called the roofer who installed the roof. He returned, frist claimed he couldn't find the source, and then claimed to fix them, but they continued. Frank was highly recommended. He arrived promptly, identified the problems and returned when promised. We have had no problems since, almost a year later. Frank is throughly professional. Takes the time to explain what he has found, what he will do and what it will cost. His work was exceptional, his price was reasonable, and I recommend him to all my friends.

 + 0 moreHe was very nice. He has extremely fair pricing and is honest about what needs to be done. He has fixed leaks for me in the past. He has fixed my vents and flashing. He always has wonderful pricing. He is always fast and clean. He gave me tips on how to avoid getting ice dams. This past season, he installed gutter guards so the leaves would not clog my drains.
Description of Work: He fixed some nail holes and cleaned my gutters at the same time at no additional charge.
