Cass delivered red roses to my office from by boyfriend on a Friday afternoon. The flowers were beautiful upon arrival but I did notice that the roses seemed like they would not have much time left. On Monday. I returned to the office and all the petals were all droopy. I immediately threw them out. The flower company blamed me for keeping them in the sun, even though they were not. They were on my office desk and not in direct sunlight. They offered to redeliver but I was so embarrassed by the poor quality that I refused (especially since one of the other girls in the office received flowers a few days before me and they were such high quality that they lasted approximately two weeks) . Instead, my boyfriend picked them up at the florist and brought them to my home. Within 2 days the flowers were the same way as they were in my office. The flowers were stored in the middle of my table in the kitchen which was never impacted by warm or cold weather conditions or extreme sunlight. I would not use Cass again. We were so upset by this experience that we did not bother calling them again to complain.
