Great. I’m sure I could have found a less expensive company but these guys were worth the money.

It all went very well. The pickup crew arrived on schedule and carefully removed the rugs. We got a call the next day with an assessment of their condition, what cleaning and other services (moth treatment for the larger rugs) were needed, and a cost estimate. We had been hoping to get some old moth damage repaired, but it could not be done within our time schedule, as we were preparing to show the house for sale. We got a call when the rugs were ready, about 2 weeks ahead of the promised date, and they were delivered that day on schedule. One was wrapped for storage and moving.

Great customer service from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I dropped off a small oriental in need of cleaning and repair. I got a discount for dropping it off. They called with an estimate of the repairs for two approaches. Then, on further inspection, they realized the rug would need one of the options, the less expensive one, that would preserve the pattern of the edges (that a cat had chewed.) They called when it was ready. There was a small charge for wrapping it up after they showed it to me. They did a beautiful job. Very pleasant to work with.

They were very helpful with loading and unloading the rug from our car. Cleaned the carpet within the time frame they stated and even stored it for us for several weeks until we were available to pick it up. Carpet much cleaner and odor gone!

Fantastic experience with Bon Ton Rug. I brought them an expensive 8x10 Oushak rug with black grease stains and sought their help. I wasn't expecting a miracle but that's exactly what they performed on my rug. Armen et al are clearly experts at what they do. They initially provided me with an estimate of $360 to have the rug fully cleaned but ended up only charging me $100 b/c they were able to get the stains out by spot cleaning. Fantastic experience through and through.

Awesome job. Our rugs were very dirty. We have young children and a dog, so our rugs get a lot of use. We had our rugs picked up at our home that we were selling, and delivered clean to our new home. When the rugs were placed in our new home, I could not believe how spectacular they looked! The colors were more vibrant, texture was restored. Great job!!!

They do a nice job cleaning your rugs. You can drop off and pick up at their office. Make sure to check hours.

Purchased an oriental rug in a yard sale and drove 40 miles to Bon Ton in Watertown Ma. to have it cleaned and repaired. The Dohanian family has owned this company for 3 generations. They are experts. I do not trust anyone else.

They are unbelievable. They have been in business forever. The remarkable thing is that they immediately recognize what kind of rug it is and what the value is. They know whether it is worth doing something with it or not. They will discuss it with me. Their prices are dirt cheap. They will do repairs on damaged oriental rugs. They will resew braided rugs. They do all kinds of repairs. They are really personable and they do a fantastic job. They cleaned a rug that we'd had for 40 years and had been in the house for 10 years before that. I don't know if it had ever been cleaned. It looked like an entirely new rug and they also did some repairs to rugs that were very valuable to me. They are honest. They sold me one or two rugs but they are low pressure. They educated me on the different kinds. They really, really know what they are doing. They do a lovely job and they are really ethical. If I take my rugs to them, I get a big discount. I would absolutely recommend them. They have some expert people working for them.

My rugs were kind of weird because I had a problem with one of the rugs they were trying to fix. Typically it wouldn't take as long as it did because mine were out for two and a half months. It was because they were actually repairing one that was pretty damaged. I didn't want to go all the way back to Watertown. They had the cleaning stuff done pretty quickly. They were fine and they did a good job.

It was a long process to repair the rug- it was a significant challenge They cleaned the rugs right away but since we live distantly, they kept them stored at our request until the repairs to the one rug were done. If it had not been for that job, the rest of the rugs would have been cleaned within a week or so. These people are well informed about rugs and appreciate them as well as clean them

Everything went well, and they did a great job. They also provide a discount if you pick and drop off yourself, and they will provide an estimate if you provide the rug's measurements.

I think I spent a lot for the last service, but I don't remember how much it was. My experience was very positive. I have antique oriental rugs; so I have to be very careful about who takes care of them. I think they picked up one from my house, which was a big one and I took the smaller rugs myself. Then I had them clean the rugs and they washed them. They were also able to repair one of the rugs. They replaced the fringe on one of them. What I liked about them was that they said that one of my rugs wasn't worth repairing. They were honest to say that one was valuable enough to repair and the other one was a lovely rug, but it wasn't valuable enough to repair. So, they were good about that. Their responsiveness was fine. I like them a lot and I would use their services again.

My experience with Bon Ton Rug Company was great. I dropped the rug and picked it up when it was cleaned. There was no damage or anything. They were good. I would use them again in the future.

The rugs had not been cleaned for many years. They came to pick up the rugs on time. Because of the repairs it took little longer than estimated for cleaning only. The rug were delivered back rights on time. Bon Ton rug did a great job. The rugs look beautiful again, may be better than new!

They cleaned 2 small and 1 large rugs. They came in and took the rugs. It took 2 weeks for them to complete the job, and when they brought the rugs back, it was beautiful. They set the rugs in place and put the furniture back. They were in and out quickly. My overall experience with them was good.

They are very good, and I've used them for twenty years. They are very reliable. They are a little on the pricey side, but if you take your rug there they give you a discount.
