Matthew replied to me within an hour, and had the junk removed from our yard within 24 hours. He is super responsive and super professional. I sent him pictures, he came by the property the following morning, game me a price, we agreed over the phone. I paid via PayPal at his website. This was by far the easiest work we've ever had done.

Excellent. They called ahead to confirm the address and time and check on the type of trash I needed removed. They arrived on time (a rarity) and quickly sorted and removed the items. They were polite and professional. I would hire them again in a minute.

Bayles Removal came in the afternoon a few days after I called and when I got home all my crap was gone. I am hiring him again to remove a fridge the last owner left from the basement because I cannot get it out and his price was reasonable.

I'm very satisfied with Matt and his team. They arrived within the scheduled time period. The junk is moved quickly to their truck. They even took some extra stuff that I spontaneously decided to throw away. After that, they cleaned my garage and the driveway for any debris left. I'll definitely use them for future junk removal.

This is the third time I have used Bayles Removal over the last few years, and as always Matt was excellent. I had a coupon from Angies List, but had more trash than the coupon covered. I offered to pay him more and he refused. How can you go wrong with a guy like that. i would hire Bayles Removal again anytime

Excellent service. After using 1-800-JUNK for years, I discovered Bayless on Angie's list. A very good coupon was offered so I gave it a try. Matthew Bayless was on time, fast, explained how things were going to be recycled and not put in a land fill, and how proceeds are donated to animal shelters...and he was SO affordable compared to 1-800-JUNK. He packs the truck so well and does not charge for air, which is how others do, i.e. just throwing items and junk onto the truck. Matthew has a system which works for him and most definitely worked for me. I will definitely use him again as we get our house ready for sale.

Bayles was great. They let me know they would be a few minutes late, came and removed probably double what I paid for without any additional charges. They were courteous, efficient and completed the job in just a few minutes. The cost was probably about 75% less than other services I have used in the past. I will definitely use them again.

We were in contact, but due to the rainy season we were having and my difficult schedule, there was a lot of back and forth, via email, text and phone. I was flexible, though because, it had already been a long time, so it wasn't a rush, but they were very good at staying in contact with me. When we finally came up with a date, I had something to do that morning that ran late, and I was late meeting them, but they had removed just about everything, and were focused on me being satisfied with their work. I did have to pay, an extra 20.00-25.00 more because of the weight, of some of the rocks I had to be removed. They had informed me about that at the very beginning, and I sent them photos, so we were on the same page.

The service went very well. Mathew was busy so he fit me in with his father's company. The guys were very nice, very fast and swept the attic floor when they left - I was totally amazed to see my attic empty. This is so worth the price. I then had them come back and clear out an old tread mill and air-conditions and other things to make my basement neater. Same thing everything was great and I would hire them again. I am very happy!
