well, he took all of the items that needed to be removed prior to our moving. He priced the work very fairly. He didn't complain that we lived 40 steps up from the street and that all items had to be hand carried down to his truck

Matt did an excellent job of cleaning out two basements. His staff members were pleasant and they were on time for all appointments. He was not intimidated by all of the materials that I had asked him to remove, which included old furniture, wood, and paint cans. He was clear about the process and was very helpful in planning how each phase of the cleanup would occur. His team completely swept out one of the basements after they emptied it of its contents. It had not been swept in 20 years. He also was not intimidated when he learned that the shed had a skunk that lived under it, he simply removed the debris from around it and informed me of his find. I would recommend him without question.

Excellent! They showed up exactly on time, and were finished within a few minutes. I never thought it could be so easy and reasonably priced to get my "stuff" hauled away. I will hire this company again.

Had a great experience with Bayle's who called in advance to let us know their arrival time, arrived on time, were very efficient and professional, and charged the stated price. Would definitely use again.

Better than we could have imagined. The two men who did the work never stopped for a minute. They were pleasant, courteous, energetic, helpful and showed great patience when my wife and I, from time to time, agonized over whether or not to keep some item for sentimental reasons. We have a toy closet similarly filled from top to bottom with toys from me, our children and our grand children and we will have them back again in the spring to deal with that. I cannot recommend them more highly if there are piles of stuff you want to get rid of with a minimum of hassle and a maximum of helpfulness.

Mr. Bayles was on time, and did a thorough, professional job. The fee was reasonable, though at the high end of his range estimate after walking through the house. The only trouble was his assistant, who wasn’t friendly, who grumbled much of the time, and who didn’t pay enough attention to instructions about what was not being junked. No serious harm done, but a couple of things needed to be retrieved. They did what I needed them to do, and I’m happy with the result.

It went well. I left a message, they called back the next day, we set up an appointment a few days out, they came at the appointed time. I had put the stuff all together in a pile in my garage. They backed up their truck, loaded it, and were on their way in 15 minutes. It all went very smoothly.

A little bit late due the traffic - no complaints in terms of the delays as I was kept posted with apologies . Job itself was nicely done, and pricing was great too(compared to another local quotes). It was a big raining day, but no delay of the job while those two gentlemen showed up. Awesome job, will definitely hire them again if needed.

Mathew responded promptly by telephone and set up a time within a week. He came when he said he would, called ahead and quickly removed everything for me. Very professional and I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Bayles Removal Unlimited came on time (actually able to schedule us in earlier than expected) and removed all of the construction debris in a professional manner.
