Very responsive and pleasant to work with. I sent an email. Matthew called later the same day and left his number for me to text or try back with a message that it might even be possible to do the pick up the next day (as he happened to be in my town and had an opening), but that we should connect about the nature of the items to be removed. Although I was there when they arrived, he said we didn't have to be there if a check was left and items were out. Great to work with and reasonable pricing. This is the second time that I have used them and would definitely use them again.

Arrived at the scheduled time & removed all items which we had placed in a large junk removal bag.

No issue with pickup but needed to call the office to schedule since I keep missing call backs from driver to schedule an ad hoc appointment - a minor issue / delay. And I plan on using them again.

I am in the process of selling our house and we did quite some work before the listing. Thus, on top of old furniture, TV, etc,, we needed someone to pick up wood from our old hardwood floor. We were under some time constraint and Matthew somehow squeezed us into his already busy schedule. He also told me that on the day that we needed him, he would need his truck for a special job. Thus, he would have to make a special trip to the junk yard despite his truck wouldn't be full and that's why the charge was higher than usual. Anyway, I think they did a great job and it was well worth it.

There were at least 2 conversations with Bayles prior to the date for the service to get details about the job etc. They were very accommodating. . Very careful inside my home . There isn't much to tell. It went very smoothly . . Bayles Removal would get an A rating for their efforts. ...

They arrived on time and completed this project within 3 1/2 hours. This is the second time I used Bayles Removal. I would use them again, if needed.

very well. This company is reasonable. In the past, we called the other popular junk company and they were 3x more expensive. This company was reasonable and terrific. I highly recommend.

Provider had to swtich the date to a time earlier in the week. Worked out great and found an agreeable time. Very timely, very quick and efficient. Will use them in the future.

Team arrived on time and removed all the debris - our yard looks great without that pile of debris in it. Left the area clean, very happy with their service. I signed up for their special offer of $119.

This was the second time we found an Angie's List Deal and used Bayles Removal. They were prompt, professional, and efficient both times. They removed heavy exercise equipment, a heavy sofa bed, carpeting, and many other items- a truckload. They came on time, loaded it quickly, carried heavy items out of the house, and left not a trace behind. Excellent service, and competitive prices.

Fast and clean. I received a notification call when they were 15 min away and when when arrived, they hauled the junk from my yard into their truck. The whole thing was done in less than a 1/2 hour.

Was too inconvenient to schedule with them. Used someone else.

Excellent service. Owner comes out to do the jobs himself. On this job, besides taking some junk in my back yard, for a few extra bucks he hauled away some concrete as well. I've used his services twice now for 2 different properties and I am very happy. Exceeds my expectations.

Easy to schedule an appointment, and they were able to show up within a few days. They took all of our junk, including the heavy stuff (they assessed a small extra fee for heavy items because they have to pay an additional fee to get rid of it). There was no need to be on site when they picked it up - they were willing to ask any questions via text message, which made everything really convenient, and to pay they are happy with a check in the mail or payment through paypal on their website.

It was fine. I suspected I was over the agreed weight and size, and he took a bunch of extra stuff for $50 more. They did miss a scheduling phone call I made, but once I did get in touch he was apologetic and quickly rescheduled within a day or two. I was not pressed for time, so it was not a problem. Made hauling a ton of stuff pretty effortless.

If/when I have another junk removal request Bayles Removal will be my 1st choice! Bayles Removal responded to my Angie'sList request within the promised timeframe. We talked and agreed on a time (about a 1 1/2 hr window) & date to pick-up the junk from my basement. The day before the job-start Mr Bayles called to let me know he may be a few minutes late because they had to empty the truck before heading out the next morning and he would call me when he was about 45 min out. The next morning Bayles called again to let me know he was on the way and about 40 minutes out. He arrived in under 40 min from that phone call and within the 15 minutes of time-window we originally discussed several weeks earlier. Both he and his partner were very friendly, personable and professional. I pointed out the items to be removed - incl an old Electric stove, 18" vanity (top and base), 2 other vanity tops, 2 floor dehumidifiers, several lawn chairs, wood cabinet, misc junk from the basement and a large window air conditioner from the 2nd floor landing. Twice he asked me to take a look just to make sure he was taking what I wanted out and not taking anything that was staying. At the end they started a cleanup but when he was down to tooth pick sized trash I told him thanks but I would take care of the rest when I did a general sweep-up. After I pointed him in the direction of Maynard - his next job - off they went leaving behind a very satisfied customer. I didn't time the job but it must have been no more than 30 minutes start to finish.

Very friendly and polite. Good job for very reasonable price considering all the work. Only problem was that he missed the first appointment and was late showing up for the second.

Matthew and I had a little trouble connecting but he always returned my calls. Once he and his coworker William got here, they spent over three solid hours cleaning out a basement that hadn't been emptied in a good fifty years (if not more). He and William worked for three hours solid. By the time they were finished they were filthy but they never complained. The worked non stop, didn't have loud radios blaring, didn't talk much (and never cursed or used any foul language). They were two of the hardest working men I've ever come across! They were thorough, and Matthew went over everything with me once done, so we caught any loose ends. I would recommend this two man operation any day, as I was 100% satisfied with Bayles Removal.

Through the years, a lot of junk and no-longer needed items accumulated. I had used Baylies in 2014 but because of a personal situation, I was remiss in writing a review for that service. Their service, then, as it was now, was superior. Having had a need several years ago to have one item removed from the home, it didn?t go smooth. I never used that company again. In 2014, I purchased one of Angie?s Deals offered by Bayles Removal Unlimited. It went perfectly ? Matthew and another gentleman (am so sorry, I forget his name, shame on me, he was very nice) came to the house. I didn?t have to lift a finger - I merely told them what they could take. Here in 2015, I still needed to have more items removed from the house. At just that same time, I noticed an Angie?s Deal offered by Baylies Removal Unlimited - $119 for 4 Cubic Yards. I purchased that Deal. Both Matthew and his partner returned and they were as great and efficient as they were in 2014. They were pleasant, easy to talk to and helpful beyond words. They always arrive on time and sometimes earlier. When I need some type of service, I dread looking for a vendor. I never know how the service will be or how much it?s going to cost. I check with the Better Business Bureau Reviews and read other reviews. Sometimes reviews are mixed. So it?s up to us to decide. After having heard about Baylies through Angie?s List, I went to Baylies Removal Unlimited Website (www.baylesremovalunlimited.com) and was happy with what I read. I have used Baylies Removal Unlimited twice. Each time, everything went not only smoothly but was totally stress-free. Although we hire a vendor to do work for us, it?s stressful because we don?t know what we?re going to get. It may sound a bit dramatic but Baylies is incredible. When you had a removal service that wasn?t good, you surely know the difference. Baylies: Polite, cordial, over-the-top efficient. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I?m lucky to have found them.

iWilliam is a real pro, and pleasant to work with---answering my questions, giving advice about how to maximize the "cubic yards" of space the Big Deal coupon would cover---and helped me with checking out contents of a few ancient boxes for anything Important to "save". Even though we will need another round of clearing out, I was amazed by how much he was able to squeeze in his truck, adding more items, and reassuring me that "it's all in the packing", as he worked hard to fit a lot in ---even suggesting that he could carry some larger items down to the street for someone to pick up (exercise machine, old bicycle, exercise "trampoline" bouncer---which would have taken up a lot of space in truck (and I'm pretty sure another person might have taken the opportunity to load and charge for the additional "space"! ) The items were picked up by the next morning, and it felt good to have them used by someone else---best of re-cycling still usable equipment! I found him to be extremely helpful and patient as I was deciding about various items, and I will soon be scheduling another "junk removal" with him!
