Such nice people to deal with. I had purchased a deal with them over a year ago and then got sick and forgot about it. Upon contacting them so long after the fact they went out of their way to honor my original deal and to make allowances for price changes during that period. They phoned several times before arriving to confirm their arrival time and were prompt, courteous and extremely hard working. I can't say enough about Matthew and his team. I highly recommend using them!

Matthew (Bayles) was very responsive. He contacted me and was able to fit me into his tight schedule. He called me 1/2 hour before showing up, as promised, which allowed me to be out doing errands and allowed me the time to get back to the job to meet him. He and his co-worker were very polite and greeted me with a smile. They got the job done in no time at all and were also able to throw in a few more items that I hand't planned on. I will definitely contact Matthew again for my next clean out project!

s This outfit is WONDERFUL! I bought the $180 "buy it now" deal on Angie's List which is good for 6 cubic yards of junk; even though I had less than that, it was still a huge bargain. I was contacted promptly and they set up a pick up date for 3 days later. They told me they would call when they were leaving their first job and gave me an approximate arrival time. They arrived on time and were so professional and polite; they were a pleasure to have around. They cleared out the entire patio of junk within a half an hour, and then asked me to come outside to make sure everything was gone and left in good condition, which is was. Their rates are MUCH better than the company whose ads you see all over TV. Please - if you are looking for someone to haul your junk away, consider calling these guys first. They are quality, and did a great, great job for us at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

The provider called and adised us that he did not service the area and address we wanted the service for. We reviewed the area again and concluded that we will not be able to do business due to the distance from his center of operations. Very professional and courteous.

Matthew and helper are great. Prices are very good too. No stress, they quickly finished the job, cleaned up and I hardly knew they were here. They know how to move heavy items, show up on time and are very nice people.

These guys are great!!! I read horror stories about using Angie's List deals, in general, but that was not the case here. I had to cancel on them at the last minute due to an urgent flight out of town and they were understanding and had me booked again ASAP. I was a little shocked by how great they were. They even refused to carry stuff through the house and walked all the way around the back as not to dirt the floors or scratch anything. I was really impressed that they went the extra mile (so to speak). I would highly recommend them and I will use them again for future renovations. Other people want to charge $400 or more for this same service, but these guys are honest, on time, and to the point.

Easy, quick, price was right. Visited to make an estimate, set up a time, texted me when they were on their way and arrived in the time window they specified. I am amazed at how quickly and efficiently they hauled everything out. Great job; would recommend and would hire again.

Went very well. There was a slight misunderstanding about the time window of pickup (they came a bit later than expected) that was arranged through Big Deal messaging, but other than that it went smoothly.

Owner is very responsive and his services are reasonably priced. He was very easy to work with and provided all services promises on time and on budget.

The email communication was very good for establishing what the job would be, and setting up the appointment. Matthew needed to reschedule, but was very apologetic, and let me know as soon as possible. He communicated by phone and text, to keep me updated, especially on the day of service, and was even able to arrive before his predicted window. He and his assistant (I apologize for not remembering his name) were polite, professional, and task-oriented. I couldn't ask for more, and would definitely recommend them and be happy to use them in the future.

Very easy to schedule. Good communication. Liked that I didn't have to be there for pick up. However, for the cost, in the future I will probably just use Bagster.
