Once they cleared out the date to come it was great. There was some miscommunication on when they were going to come out. I had answered via email and nobody was in the office for 5 days and then they had to reschedule everything. Other than that, I mean they did a great job, they were neat, and the owner was very apologetic for the mistake. I would use them again. They were here 5 days after the email. They did not charge other fees. I would recommend they check there emails more fluently.

We have used Bayles in the past. Mr. Bayles is very responsive, on time and professional. We have 3 story multi family home and needed our loft cleared out of furniture and boxes. He arrived on time, well staffed and quickly removed items and placed it in his truck within an hour which is no easy task considering the it is four flights up. Everytime we said "I found one more thing" he willingly took the item and found additional space on his truck. We highly recommend this vendor, Mr. Bayles is the best.

I found a "deal" for Bayles Removal on Angie's List that was going to expire in three days. I noticed that the deal restrictions included a 20 mile radius (my home in Canton was slightly over at just shy of 26 miles). I emailed this company twice to ask if I could still take advantage of the deal and pay the mileage difference. They never responded. Found someone else to haul my scrap metal and windows and was thrilled they responded within 36 hours. I would never bother contacting this company again. I can only assume they did not want to honor their 50% off deal (event though I would have paid for the additional mileage).

He was gracious to let me use my expired voucher, he was prompt, very pleasant. He loaded it up and hauled it away.

Called in the morning, they were able to come in the afternoon. Spent a few hours moving some rather large and bulky items as well as area rugs and bagged trash. When they were finished the apartment looked ready to rent. Great job

I bought the deal for 180.00 and they contacted me the same day and came the next day. They were very nice and I was glad I had them come. My husband was also very pleased as they very professional and also right on time! I would call them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Bayles twice to remove excess furniture, building materials and other extra junk around the house. They are prompt and professional.

THe provider has not provided any service. We talked in the fall of 2015 but we have been unable to schedule this appointment. I am hopeful that he will be able to schedule this service soon.

I SCHEDULED A MONTH AHEAD, BUT FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO REACH PHONE NMBR FOR CONFIRMATION CALL BACK THE WEEKEND BEFORE. STARTED GETTING TEXT MSG. ABOUT 40 HRS, NO PHONE REPLIUFES UNTIL LITERALLY AT MY DOOR-ON TIME, TOOK TIME TO SEE UNITS TO MOVE, TOOK EVERYTHING REQUESTED IN FAIR TIME. ONLY SUGGESTION IS THEY EITHER OFFER A PRICE FOR "BROOM CLEAN" OR SAY THEY DON'T (I.E WHY THEY HAVE A LOW PRICE)..I ENDED UP W. AN HOUR OF HEAVY VACUUMING..GRANTED, MUCH STUFF WAS 24 YEARS IN ONE PLACE...

Showed up when scheduled on time and removed all the junk we wanted them to take. Courteous & efficient.

They came about a half hour early, after calling first to see if that was okay. The 2 men who came were very professional. After checking out the items and locations they got to work and removed all the items very efficiently from 3 separate floors. The original cost was $119 for 4 square yards, based on an Angie's special deal. The additional $90 was to remove the televisions, monitor and tire, which were considered hazardous. Those items were described in the ad as an extra cost and they were upfront with the cost before removing those 4 items. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again and highly recommend them.

Money was paid for a service that was never honored I have requested money back and have not received it yet, nor has schedule dates been adhered to. this is not the kind of business that I sign up on Angies list for.

It went pretty well. We called Bayles Removal after purchasing the coupon on Angieslist and they were able to schedule a pick up time for junk removal. They came on time and took all the stuff we pointed them too so overall it was a very smooth experience with them.

Excellent service. I'm really glad I bought this deal from Bayles. $119 and they hauled away everything I wanted to get rid of, including a non-working lawnmower. They came exactly on time and were very courteous. I couldn't be happier with this service purchase.
