I've used the twice and Matt was always professional and always came when he said he would. I told him I wanted to keep the bagster bag if possible and he had no problems with this removing everything and giving me the bag back. Communication was good which is important as well, will definitely use him again if needed.

Went well. They removed the items - no issues with anything

This was a truly brutal chore and the Bayles team did an excellent job. They removed ancient carpeting from the attic and an old, mildewed wood floor from the basement, along with a ton of JUNK. They weren't able to take the basement floor in the first haul because their truck had been filled up, but they returned the following exactly as promised to finish the job, even though they'd already been paid. We didn't have to pester them at all. Not cheap, but about as good as they could be.

Matt and his team cleaned out 20 years of junk from the house prior to selling it, and donated and recycled things, and gave us advice to have items collected to keep the total cost at a minimum. He was Heaven Sent! He figured out how much he could fit in his truck, and called other people to come and help when we had even more junk. I can't say enough good things about this company - they were timely, focused, hard workers, who never caused me a minute of worry - I knew if it needed to go, they would help me get rid of it the best way possible. Matt is the best!

It was fantastic. The pick-up happened within 48 hours of my first call to Matthew (it's his cell that's on his website). I had a flexible schedule so was able to offer any time in the afternoon for pick-up, so I can't comment on timeliness since it was left open. He brought another man with him and within 30 minutes the pile was gone and out of my life. I found the price reasonable - well worth not having to spend a weekend hauling it all away myself!
