Got an initial email from vendor; didn't know if my address was out of area. My subsequent emails for response went unanswered.

Once they said showed up it was outstanding service. Unfortunately I expected them the week before Christmas and thought I had set up an appointment. When they didn't show, I called for 2 days wondering what happened. The call back came the following week. It was frustrating and disappointing, but they did an outstanding job once they hauled the mess away.

Matt was great - and offered to come back if I was in a pinch towards the end of my move.

Wonderful !!! Matt was very respectful of the condo rules where I lived. Doors being ajar, parking restrictions etc. Matt called me twice on the day of his pick up. Once when he was on his way nd when I could expect him and again when he arrived at my complex. He was very professional and fast in the clear out process. I will used his services again without a doubt and highly recommended his services to anyone looking for a dependable and fast clear out.

He responded to my phone call right away and showed up right after to cleanup everything. I left everything outside for him and he cleaned it all up perfectly! I didn't even have to be home, which made it so easy and convenient. I then paid over the phone and everything was all set. Thanks so much for all of your clean up help. I will definitely call and use them again on my next project. If only everything in life was this easy!!!

Great experience! The only small issue was that my first couple of calls / texts were not returned (I guess the company is highly popular and has overwhelming number of calls). But when I managed to get through, the communication flowed smoothly and I was very happy with outcome.

I was satisfied that Bayles did what was asked of them.

They two young men were gave me a call about 1/2 before arrival like I had asked and arrived promptly. They both were incredibley polite, extending their hands and introducing themselves when they arrived. I would withiut a doubt hire them again.

They came as scheduled. We had a little more debris than the $119 offer covered so paid an additional $60. He said his broom was broken so I did need to sweep the driveway when they were finished but not a big deal. Would use them again.

Work was performed quickly and exceeded our expectations.

They did a great job. They picked up everything we needed to. I had a special for a certain volume of material and they honored that. That was good. My only problem is that they have subsequently reduced the volume and raised the price so it's hard for me to recommend them to anybody else now. I picked them up months back with a good value I bought. They went pricey on it. They did a good job. They picked up everything we wanted to. I've used them several times prior and they were very good. They were very nice to me. They did the work. I have no problem with them. Based on the volume and cost offers, I would consider using them again.

Fabulous! Matthew and William picked up the very heavy treadmill and managed to carry it through a tight doorway intact, and down the stairs and out of the house without bumping into anything. The table saw was much easier. They were pleasant and hard-working fellows. I would certainly hire them again.

It went well. We left the pile in our driveway and arranged for it to be picked up while we were at work. When we arrived home that day, it was completely gone and we were very happy. It went smoothly as expected and I'd gladly use them again.
