There were some bumps as I indicated in my previous review and not entirely the fault of Bayles, But once we were on the same page, they were professional, courtesy, and did a great job. They also did follow up to see if I was satisfied and I certainly was. Would definitely hire them again.

The cleanout went quicly, smoothly, and efficiently. This is the second time I have hired Bayles.

The guys showed up and finished in about 15 minutes. Very fast, responsive and have used them 3 times now. They show up in a small hauling truck and transfer the junk to their vehicle and take it away. Enough said!!

It couldn't have gone any better. Again, Bayles was friendly, courteous and did the job quickly.

The company was supposed to pick up 4 cubic yard of yard waste, but they picked up about half of that amount, leaving a lot of small branches behind. They told me they only left a few big logs behind, which was not true.

Showed up at 11:30 when appointment was at 10. they called me at 10:30 to say they would be there 45 min later. I had to leave at 11:50. Because I was rushed I could not get all my items assessed with them and removed. However they were good once they arrived . I called them back several times and left message for them to return but no response or answer to my calls. I gave the m a poor rating due to their responsiveness which is unprofessional.

They came on time and took it all away for the agreed upon Angie's special price. We also had some old computer parts that we wanted to get rid of. They had to charge extra for these items because they are considered hazardous waste.

Bayles removal contacted me promptly after the deal purchase to schedule the pick-up of my junk. We scheduled the date. Mr Bayles contacted me on the scheduled date to confirm I was ready for pickup & to get an estimate of how much I had to pick up. They then kept me informed of their time of arrival and promptly arrived. They made quick work of the removal and were very pleasant to work with.

Went great! They came, they took, they left. It was great.

The whole experience was great! The company owner, Matthew Bayles was the one I communicated with and who also came to do the work, with one other guy. He was very responsive and easy to talk to, we discussed what we needed picked up when I called, set a date - and they arrived exactly when he said they would. Matthew also called that morning to confirm their arrival time, which I really appreciated. They were both really nice guys, carful & very efficient - and they took everything I asked them to - in our case to was mostly wood (old furniture) and appliances (working and not working) and some misc. junk. I like that they separated out the appliances that are still working as they recycle what they can. They took everything we needed them to - and I only paid a little extra (at a very reasonable price) for them to also haul out a big old fridge that wasn't part of the original deal. The whole thing only took about 30- 40mins. We will definitely use them again.

Matthew was incredibly responsive and professional. He responded to my phone message very quickly and kept in touch along the way to work out a scheduled time. I texted him the evening before the scheduled appointment to confirm and he responded immediately. He and the person working with him were professional, polite, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and...he charged me less than he had quoted. I would recommend them highly!!!

Excellent...The company arrived right on time and seemingly effortlessly carried the old furniture out the door of my sons room, around a tight corner and down the narrow stairs. It had been a lot harder to get it in there many years ago when we first bought it! This is a great service to know about for the future as well. The men were courteous and respectful, and seemed to work well together.
