Description of Work: Airco installed central A/C system in our home that has hot water radiators. The system is very quiet, the vents were well-placed and inconspicuous. The work took longer than originally forecast and I should have been notified about this earlier on. They did their best to finish as soon as possible.

Description of Work: Installed 3 Mitsubishi units on 3 different levels. all working beautifully. There was a slight problem with one of the units being hung slightly skewed, and they came back and fixed it promptly. Overall good experience.

Description of Work: Installed Fujitsu Ductless Mini Split System, Outdoor and 2 indoor units. |EER 12.10, SEER 15 HSPF 9 |The installation went well. |The contractor was courteous,very informative all during the installation, whatever questions I had he answered them. And if he couldn't (which was seldom [only twice] the case, because he knew well the system and installation procedures) he would contact Fujitsu technicians on the spot to get the answer or assistance with a problem. He also returned to check the system when I asked as I was trying to get used to this newer technology. He and his additional crew were all very respectful and pleasant. They also laid their crop clothes and cleaned up after themselves each day they came to continue the installation. My only concern was that the contractor arrived a few times about 30 minutes to an hour later than promised. On the other hand, he had to come from New Hampshire during rush hour, thus lateness could be expected given our very congested traffic flows during these hours. I would certainly have no hesitation in hiring Arco Comfort Services again.
