Description of Work: Fantastic job painting the first floor, stairways, hall and upper bathroom - committed to do the job while we were away on vacation and it was done as promised. Clean up was great. Quality of work was good enough that I will definitely use them again. Went the extra mile to source and install molding missing after ceiling replastering. Overall a very satisfying experience!

Description of Work: We had peeling paint on the front of our house under our gutter. The gutter was not installed correctly and so I had to have the boards re-painted.

Once I was in touch and informed the company that I need a painting service for a tenant apartment, I was told they usually don't get hired for tenant apartments because they tend to be on the pricey side. That was the end of the conversation.

Description of Work: Abe scheduled a visit to view my house in need of exterior painting. He advised me to have serious scraping done, said he did not do this himself, indicated a company he thought did, and gave me estimate of how much a lightly scraped job might cost. There was no follow-up necessary.

Description of Work: I called Abe to give me an estimate of painting the interior of a rental apartment. He returned my call promptly and we met several days later to inspect the apartment. Three days later I received his estimate. Since this is a rental apartment that needs other extensive work, and being on a limited budget, Abe's estimate was too high forthis apartment. However, Aber painted my house in 2006 and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him if you want quality work.

Description of Work: I have a large 5 bedroom house that is in need of exterior painting so that it can be sold. I contacted Abe's office and was told that Abe would not be willing to come to my home to complete an estimate unless I was present. I explained to the secretary that I work every day but could be available at 5:30 one evening this week. Abe was only available between 9 and 5 for the next 10 days. Other painters were very accommodating and had no issue with coming by the house, completing a quote, and leaving it in the mailbox. Too bad for Abe.
