Description of Work: I was without hot water for 3 weeks I am 77 and live alone. They kept saying that they were waiting for the part. I checked the company and parts were available. The first visit was paid for with my oil The amount for part & service I was billed for later. I sent a note with the almost $900 bill and said since I had to wair=t so long I should be given credit for the long wait. Belinda

Description of Work: They supply my heating oil. They do our annual servicing of our unit as well. They are a small town company and they are very good with our town.
