SKY'S THE LIMIT

Very well done, they are on time with minimal impacts.

The communication, work, price all could not have been better. Really my only complaint would be that I didn't listen to Jim about installing skylight shades as well. I can always do that in the future though and I will be sure to use Sky's The Limit if I do. Oh, and their quote was below other estimates, and this is before a solar tax rebate I will take advantage.

Jim was thorough and punctual. He obviously knows the Velux product well. He quickly removed the unit so I could have the glass replaced. He returned in the afternoon and reinstalled the repaired unit. He is truly a man of his word. He kept in constant contact and did a wonderful job. Most amazingly, he did the job one day after I contacted him through a search on Angie's list. I intend to use him any time I need construction or repair services. It was a real pleasure to work with him. This was my first experience with Angie's List and I'm thoroughly pleased. The reviews that I read on his firm are really accurate and can be relied upon.

Great job. Installed day and time promised. No leaks looks great and crew left my yard just the way the found it. Totally clean. Would use them again.

They did a fantastic job. I've used them before for another skylight replacement years ago. Nothing has changed. On time, cleaned up everything and they care about the quality of work they do. Jim is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Jim & Chris were great to work with and professional. From the ordering/deposit to installation. They were easy to get a hold of and order the product.. They were great to deal with, know what they are doing and do a great job on the installation. I had a Sunrise Solar Attic Fan installed on our Roof. They use the best product on the market and it is made in the USA. It is virtually Silent, I have to open the hatch to the attic to see that it is running. I have a cape with a Full shed Dormer on the Back, So I got the Tilt panel model and had it installed on the back Roof, So it is not visible from the front side walk. The fan is powerful and removes a lot of heat and really reduces the 2nd floor temperature. Because it is Solar it uses no Electricity and no Electrical connection.

Jim and Chris are totally professional in every way. They know skylights--what you need insideand outside for installation--along with the roofing and internal framing that our 3 solar skylights needed. They feel ownership and pride in their work--looking for potential problems that you wouldn't even see unless you climb on your roof to inspect (and they'd be happy to help you do that, too!) They are perfectionists who would love to show you and fully explain their craft. In our case, they ran into an unforeseen problem that took an extra day of work but they honored their estimate and absorbed the financial hit. Since our place is a cottage 250 miles away from our jobs and city apartment, we totally trusted Jim and Chris to manage our alarm and be in the house without us. They clean up meticulously too! Our roof debris was taken away exactly when they said it would be and there was never an indoor mess either. You can't go wrong with Jim and Chris at Sky's the Limit. We recommend them to anyone needing skylight or roofing work. Jim said after the skylights were in and quot;We own these windows now so if there is ANY problem in the future we want to know about it.and quot; We don't expect any but we have total confidence that they will stand behind their excellent work.

It went extremely well, and the crew was very professional and cleaned up every bit inside and out. No leaks, no problems and a beautiful new and efficient skylight.

I wish all experiences with contractors were as pleasant as this.
