They are very knowledgeable and will stay and talk to you about anything. They will go over it until you feel comfortable with the project and leaving the store confidently. I purchased patio blocks last year and they waived the delivery fee, and I ended up saving a lot of money and the blocks look great.

My experience was very good.

Contractor from Lowes took down our old deck and replaced it with pressure treated lumber. Since our deck is 8 feet from the ground, stairs and a gate were part of the construction. Since this job was out of state, the contractor kept in touch by phone whenever necessary. We were very pleased with the new deck. When I noticed some of the rails had splits in the wood, I called the Lowes salesperson. He arranged to come out and inspect the rails I was concerned about. He assured me it was normal and reviewed the guarantee. Overall, it was a pleasure having them replace our deck. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

LOWES COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD GREAT COMMUNICATION, THE CABINETS WERE DELIVERED AHEAD OF TIME AND THE INSTALLER THEY REFERRED TO US WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETS WAS WHAT WE EXPECTED AND THE DESIGN SERVICE MADE IT TRULY A GREAT KITCHEN.

We decided to get our carpet done by Lowe's because they had a $199 whole house installation. So we talked to the salesperson, Paul who gave us assurances that he could get the carpeting done by the time we moved (in three weeks). We picked our carpet and were told that they would be contacted to get measured within a week. 10 days later I called to find out where the tech was. They told our order's fax to the installer failed and that we would be called the next day to get measured. Another two days later the tech called to say he would be there the next day and finally, we got measured. The tech then told us we would get a call the next day to get the carpet ordered. Two more days later I called them to find out why they never called and was told that the tech had not been in touch with them. Then, when they did get the measurements, it took another two days to figure out (after we had already been charged) that they were out of the carpet we chose. We tried to choose 5 or 6 other carpets and were told that they were out of these also. When we finally found a carpet that the supplier had in stock, they still had to cut it and ship it. About 2 weeks later the carpet arrived at the installer and we got it installed. Along the way the GM Hugh, tried to work with us on the cost and the install team, Family Flooring, was great as was the manager for installs, Jaime. We are very happy with the carpet, and understand that with this special they are very busy. A lot of the frustration could have been avoided if the salesperson had simply been realistic about the cost and the time-lines involved.
