Description of Work: Mr. Bakers crew demolished a deteriorated brick steps, removed decayed wood handrail, installed two bolt fasteners for new handrails and reconstructed the steps.

+ -1 moreCarl was very fair in price. His estimates never increased (never any surprises) and as a matter of fact he reimbursed me monies not spent. Now that is what I call a honest buisness man. He always showed up on time and if he was not going to work on my job he would call and let me know.
Description of Work: I had a wall built to prevent the street from eroding onto my property. It was wrapped in stone veneer and capped with limestone. In addition, a walkway was built leading from front enterance to the street and extending down the side of house to the deck pitched to deflect water away from house. The foundation was repointed and was faced withthe same stone veneer.
