Willow Farm Landscaping

She has everything in the front of the house as all white, and I told her I didn't want white. Also, the plants that she used didn't do very well. I told her while she was working that I *did not want the white* and she came while I was gone and did it anyway!

After looking at 3 or 4 different companies to do the job I chose Willow Farm because I liked their husband and wife ownership. I really liked the wife and that she was horticulturist and an environmental landscaper. It was late in the fall, almost into winter, when they scheduled the project. They did do a real nice job, and my only worry was that my husband, who had built our deck, and unfortunately past five years ago, would've wanted Willow Farm to build the addition to the deck with the same integrity that my husband had built it originally, and they promised me it would be. The only problem that I had was with the end caps of the deck, where the 4x4's looked almost idecnitical, their additions were in fact maybe a quarter inch smaller than the original caps. The other thing was in the caps they installed they put only one nail in the center of the each cap and the nails all became warped and turned up and split in the wood very quickly. They only put in 7 caps (only a couple of dollars each), and when I sent them final check I put a note in the letter (and discussed it over the phone) saying that I would like the end caps to be replaced. It wasn't a big expenditure to put more nails in each cap to fix the caps, but they never came and fixed the issue. This was minor but still upset me a bit. Other than that they did a beautiful job, they re-configured my walkway and did real nice job on that. I was really pleased with their work overall.
