Description of Work: I have employed T.K. Biggs several times for a variety of projects. He created my laundry nook in the kitchen by cutting through the kitchen to get to the closet in the room behind it; Painted the walls and ceiling; tiled the floor; installed a dryer vent; framed the door. On another occasion I asked him to repair the iron railings on my front steps to the porch, and on the steps that come from the public sidewalk to my front walk; another contractor had told me that these railings were beyond repair and would have to be replaced; Phil reattached them to the cement, removed the rust and painted them (without leaving a drop of paint on the cement) and they are as good as new -- better because I could not have replaced them with new iron railings and would have had to use another material. These people are excellent -- perfectionists at a reasonable price.
