We called Heat Pro one day and the service man came the next morning. He was professional, did the job with no fuss or mess and was on his way. We were very happy with the promptness and service.

They were neat, courteous, and professional. Their price was excellent compared to other companies I looked at. They really knew what they were talking about.

This is one of the best home improvement projects I have ever went through. Peter was extremely knowledgeable about the services and equipment I was replacing. Showed up on time for the estimate. Gave me more than one type and brands of equipment to choose from. And even told me about Mass Save who had rebates available. Hand delivered the estimate two days later. I called his office a couple of times to ask more questions and every one was answered. Had one more big question a few days later, that was: can you do better on the price? And they did. Beating all other estimates by price and choice of equipment. One week later all the parts arrived and were delivered. The next day the job started with an estimated length of five days to complete. Two days later job was completed. All old parts were removed and area completely cleaned up. I'm now the happy owner of a top of the line furnace, hot water tank and shiny new oil tank. With their price drop and the rebates I saved $1000.00. So if I can swing-it, I'm having them come back and install whole house air conditioning. Thanks Heat Pro, Inc.
