4 minutes ago Fun shopping, picked out stove & fridge, went local felt good. Delivery guys (Travis & another gentleman) great guys. After putting everything away, never used it again so not sure how the fridge cooled. Later that night, power outage- shut down power. Power restored- not cooling. Read manual, followed them still not working. Called Cluettes- soonest anyone can come 20 minutes to my house to check is 14 DAYS. 2 WEEKS for an item that was delivered 3 days prior. No troubleshooting over phone; nothing. I asked to return it, told I would have to deal with manufacturer's warranty. Horrible way to treat someone, if it were my business & I didn't have the man power I'd contract out. Called Geek Squad- they transferred me directly to manufacturing & I started a process with them. Person I spoke to at Geek Squad in Milbury, person I spoke to at Samsung in Florida and both more responsive than the business two towns over.

I've bought a microwave and an A.C. from these folks. They remembered me a year later after the microwave! I love stores with experienced employees. When I came in, there was a problem with the air conditioner model that I wanted, and with no fuss whatsoever, they ended up selling me a slightly better model for the same price as the one I'd picked out. Great, friendly service, and great deal. Thanks!.

Excellent customer service. Well-maintained web page with correct info and will match any reasonable price as long as you can prove it. Veteran's discount also offered with proof. Showroom is clean and easy to get to. Liked everything about this family-owned business.

We bought the HDTV during the tax free weekend last year and believe or not after we bought they had a price drop which they honored. Previously we bought a dishwasher and stove from them. We had them service our old dishwasher several times until they recommended we replace it. It seems that Eric is usually the service person that comes and he is fantastic. It's great to do business with a local family owned business.

I just wanted to say that I called Cluett's when our dryer would not start. They asked a couple of questions and told me how to fix the problem so they would not have to charge me. That is as professional as it gets and I plan to work with them as much as possible.

It wasn't expensive. I've been doing business with them for 6 or 7 years. I have bought appliances from them and they have installed and serviced appliances for me. They are always extremely professional and very punctual. They do really good work. They are a local company and it is nice to do business with good local people. Their prices are fair; they are not super-dooper cheap. I would absolutely go back to them.
