The project, in September and October of 2013, went fine. The carpenters and technicians were very competent and professional, and they took care to minimize the dust and disruption. The work was coordinated so that there was no down-time, the little snags that are inevitable in a big, complicated job were handled gracefully, and the job was finished on time. Attention to detail was excellent and the outcome was everything I'd hoped for. Most importantly, two years later (November of 2015), they came back and made a substantial repair to one of the cabinets, at no cost, even though the problem was clearly due to manufacture, and not installation. I'm very impressed by the company's investment in their customer's satisfaction and their willingness to stand behind the quality of their work.

Everything went as planned. They provided a few different floor plans based on what I wanted and made suggestions on cabinets and tiles. I received a breakdown of cost and timeline that allowed me to plan on when I needed someone at the house to let them in. Things moved along as planned and the final bill was what we originally agreed to. If anyone was scheduled to show up and there was any sort of delay, they called. I would hire or recommend them in the future. They also took care of covering all the floors to protect them, all the workers were very careful to not damage anything taking out the old bath fixtures and bringing in new materials. They also found and removed/repaired an area that had mold in it that I was not aware of and soundproofed the floor below the bathroom so the water-filter system would not wake me at 3:00 am when it turns on. Highly recommend!
