Description of Work: They put Sentricon termite control systems in the ground to check for termites around our home. They put pieces of wood in these and check them at a later date to check to see if termites have been there.

Description of Work: Had trapped animal in wall that was screeching and in a panic. Called on a Friday afternoon and was willing to pay whatever it took. I was told that they simply couldn't help me. "They don't do animals." Huh?
