Excellent. Our experience with Three Sons was a very positive one. Junior, Oscar, Joe and Carl were all very professional. We found them to be very meticulous, detail oriented and diligent. Not only did they arrive on time each day, they also thoroughly cleaned up each work area before they left at the end of each day. A special thanks to Carl, who seemed to go above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend Three Sons to our friends and neighbors.

Several neighbors had used and liked this company, which brought it to my attention. The fact that it's a family business increased its appeal. The company's estimate was about the same as competitors' for the same windows but included more services. From the beginning, communication was pleasant and easy. The company representative arranged the day and time of arrival and answered all of my many questions. She assured me that the process would go smoothly, and she proved to be correct. The men arrived on time, they did a great job, and they cleaned up perfectly. They were friendly and cheerful throughout, and they remembered --- and acted on --- all of the little requests that I had made earlier, such as not wearing shoes in the house and not blocking the driveway. We're very pleased. We had multiple quotes done, and Three Sons was by far and away most competitive. They were communicative and flexible in scheduling, arrived on time, did all the work in one day, cleaned up after themselves, and left everything looking pretty much like they'd never been there. The installers were friendly and professional. We're extremely pleased with the quality of the windows, and of the work. We have a few more windows to replace in the future, and Three Sons will be getting the call when we're ready to pull the trigger on the work.

Went very well. They did start when they said they would and they finished up on April 15th. However, some minor things need to be taken care of and they told me that they will get them done within a week and a half. I need the gutter guards put on and there is some painting that I requested that they said that can do for me. Otherwise the house looks beautiful and I will probably have them do my roof in the fall. I felt that i had chosen the right company for me. Afterward, they cleaned up the yard and ran their machine to make sure no nails were laying around on the drive or in the yard. They did an excellent job on my house. The are the company to choose for this type of work.

In a word, excellent. We are first time home buyers and bought a fixer-upper in Concord MA. We had lots of projects that had to all be timed correctly using many different contractors. Paul (owner) sat us down and went through everything we needed to do and instead of pressure us to GC the whole thing himself, he said he'd walk us through it and help. The result was a project that came in on time and on budget. Paul and his sons were very responsive to all our requests and even made suggestions for helping in other areas without letting costs go out of control. My wife and I felt particularly good with how other tradesmen commented on Three Son's work. We had 4 separate tradesmen comment on how well the work was done and the quality of the materials being used. We have hopes of putting an addition on our house one day, and Paul will be our first call. It was very clear from our experience that he works to build life-long relationships for repeat business. Highly recommended!

I set up an appointment for 8:30am and took time off from work to be home. The night before the appointment, Paul called me from his cell phone and left a message asking if I needed the siding done right away because they were booked through the spring and he didn't want to waste his time coming out. I called back and left another message that we probably would be doing the siding in spring anyway. I did not receive another call back after that and so assumed he was coming at 8:30. When he did not show up, I called back his cell number that he had called me from himself. When he answered, I asked if he would still be making the appointment and he angrily said that this was his cell phone and he's in the middle of something. This is during the time he had an appointment to meet me AND it was the number he had left me a message from, and yet he is acting as if I am invading his privacy. 5 minutes later, the woman from the office called me and said it was her fault and she should have called me sooner. This is completely unprofessional. Apparently this company does not seem to care about earning new business. Even if they are very skilled in the work they do (I wouldn't know), the way you treat your customers and potential customers speaks volumes.

Excellent. Three Sons provided outstanding service from quote to finish. They began work on time and completed the projects as scheduled and for the price as quoted. They were professional, courteous and did a great job. The staff was readily available to answer any concerns or questions I had and I am totally pleased with the quality of work they performed. I would happily use their services again. Paul Nutile has a family business to be proud of.

As the windows were being removed from the 2nd floor, I heard a window shatter in my front yard. Two workers then had a huge screaming match with each other for 10 mins. I'm far from a prude, but the language they were using was very inappropriate. I was glad my young daughter wasn't home! I approached one worker (who I thought was in charge) to make sure he knew about the argument. He told me that one of them screaming was actually the boss! The argument ended... no one apologized to me for their conduct. Most of the windows were installed on Day 1. I was told when I was given the estimate that all window treatments and blinds would be reinstalled, that did not happen. We hung all our window treatments ourselves. One Day 2 they returned and we're installing basement windows. We were told we would have a casement window with a dryer vent connection for above the dryer. The correct window was not ordered, so we eliminated that window and we're given a screen door instead (which was a good thing). Our front door and screen door were installed. When we checked the front door, it was apparent that when it opened all the way inside, the door was too big to fit through the inside opening leading to the dining room. I was told to talk with Paul about it because the worker didn't think that cutting the door would be appropriate. It could void the warranty and also splinter or crack when cut. So I emailed the owner about the door thinking that they could do some form of adjustment could be made. When walking around the house a couple of days later, we realized a rotted corner piece of the garage was missed when the wood rot repair was done. So when they sent a worker out to check out the front door a week or so later, I showed him the corner of the garage as well. He said he would speak with Paul. I received an email saying they were coming out on a Saturday morning, assuming they were going to adjust the door and fix the last piece of rot. The worker said he was going to plane the top of the door. I asked if he was sure it wouldn't split or crack when he did it, he said he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't. So I told him I wasn't comfortable taking that risk with the brand new door. He said they couldn't make any adjustments to make it fit. So now I'm left with having to hire a contractor to adjust the inside entry area so the door will fit through it properly. I then identified the wood rot to be repaired on the garage and was told he knew nothing about it and didn't have the tools to do it. He was told to only fix the door. I told him that I showed this to the worker that had been out previously and figured he spoke to Paul about it. He said 'we are just hired help. Don't talk to us about anything because we don't talk to the office.' I couldn't believe what I was hearing... the workers don't talk with the owner?? Needless to say, I had emails back and forth with Susan and Paul regarding the last piece of rot and was told they'd be happy to come back out for an additional $250 and do the final repair. In my opinion the company did not complete the work identified in the scope of work. When I expressed my disappointment with their response, they reiterated the $250 cost for them to come back out and complete the work. I then told them I'd be putting my disappointing feedback online, I received an email from Susan telling me that I should include the fact that I received a 'discount' on my invoice... funny that she wants to tell me what to write in MY feedback. There is no 'discount' line item on my invoice. With all that being said, overall the workers did their job well for what they did complete. As for whether I would recommend them to others, the answer is no. A new contractor just completed the wood rot repair today for $150.

Our house was built in 1976, its original windows were single pane, wood framed windows. Poorly fitted storm windows had been added. Additionally, the three front windows on the second floor are built into dormers on our gambrel style roof and the wood on the dormers was in very bad shape. We contracted with Three Sons to replace all our windows and repair the dormers. As promised, a group of six hardworking, very polite young men arrived at our house and by the end of the first day, had replaced all 23 windows. A smaller crew came back the following day to complete the external trim work and reface the dormers. We are so pleased with our entire experience with Three Sons; from the timely, detailed quote, the quality of the windows and the workmanship, the efficiency and friendliness of the workers, to the spotless condition in which they left both the interior and exterior of the house. We highly recommend Three Sons.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Three Sons Windows & Doors partners with Renoviso for window installation. They replaced a picture window with a double hung window on each side, a small gliding window over my kitchen sink and a double hung window in my bathroom. Junior and Erstwin arrived within the time frame I was given, with a courtesy call ahead of time to say they were on their way. These two gentlemen were wonderful! Very polite and respectful. Very aware that at times my granddaughter was sleeping. They worked diligently and finished the project efficiently. And, GREAT cleanup! You can't even tell they were here.

The doors were good. The owner came out to do estimate and then he sent some young, inexperienced workers to do the job. I would not recommend them to anyone. They charged $800 for installation so I expected professional quality work. I had to touch up some of the work after the workers left. The quality of the work was better before they did the job.

It went Great!!! They were hardworking, polite, and when the job was completed they sent an electrician to hook up all the outside lights & door bell. Great work from start to Finish!!

Excellent work! All 4 guys were very friendly and helpful! Rob did an awesome job on our back door. There were some unexpected findings when he went to install it and it took him hours to get things correct to be able to install it. It is perfectly done and I appreciate the extra time and attention to detail.

I live in an old house, some windows had been replaced through various renovations and I finally decided to take care of the remaining ones. When Paul came out to take a look for the estimate, I really appreciated that he listened to what I wanted rather than just tell me what he thought I should do. The guys that did the work were great -- nice, did a great job and cleaned up well. I am very pleased with Three Sons and would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

First of all, I called 3 companies about installing windows; one never called back, the other called and left a message that they would call back, but they never did, and, finally, there was Three Sons who called back within 24 hours (and returned all subsequent calls within 24 hours.) I made an appointment with Paul to come out and look at the job and he showed up exactly when he said he would. (imagine that!) From then on everything was straight forward - he looked over the job, presented window options and gave me a price on the spot. I agreed to the installation and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called and asked if they could bump up the installation because they were working on a roof and rain was expected and they wanted to finish it up to avoid leaks. That seemed reasonable and they said they would be there at noon. The installer pulled up right at noon and got to work. I did not know windows could be installed completely from the inside! About 2 hours later the job was done. The windows looked and worked great, all the seals were clean and neat, the service was friendly, and the clean-up inside was thorough. He did leave pieces of the old window frames on the ground below. I suppose I could have called, but I just I tossed them in the trash. To me, showing up on time, and calling back quickly are signs of a well run business and Three Sons scored A+ on that. While this was a generally small job, the quality of the work was good and I am very pleased. In fact, I am planning on calling them again about some kitchen upgrades. I would not hesitate to work with 3 sons again.

The workers were discreet, professional and very experienced in their trade and they did an excellent clean-up job. The results just blew me away. Paul's crew put a finishing touch to everything they do and I would highly recommend this company!!! If you want to have your windows replaced, call them and don't waste time with other company!

Three Sons replaced 13 windows with Harvey new-construction type windows. I asked that three of the windows on the front of the house be longer than the original and that was no problem. The quote and measuring process was quick and easy. The crew was efficient and pleasant. The job was done in the time expected. During replacement, I asked that one of the window sills be sanded down and the crew happily added the extra task to the job. I would definitely have this company back for future work.

The Three Sons team showed up on time and worked hard over 4 days to complete this big project. The new construction Harvey Tribute windows were installed from the outside and went in with no major difficulties. The outside casings are all PVC. They retained most of the inside trim (which is nice since we could keep our window treatments) and did a very professional job inside and out. Rob and the rest of the crew worked like a well-oiled machine and were very pleasant to work with. They covered up furniture around their work areas and cleaned up pretty well. Most importantly, the cost was exactly what was quoted (no unpleasant surprises). I have no complaints. I recommend Three Sons and I would use them again.

Initial consultation - Paul responded in a timely fashion. And he was very polite during the visit. He checked the windows and asked about our needs. A quote was provided in two days in email. The process was smooth. Scheduling - Paul and Sue were very helpful and flexible at scheduling the dates. Initially, we had some misunderstanding on the completion dates. Then, we were able to negotiate a date which works for all of us. Sue was very responsive on questions and concerns. Installing - One of the sons, Rob, led the team. They came in around 8:30am. I am really impressed with Rob and his team. They have performed a high quality job. During the process, Rob consulted and negotiated solutions with me. He crafted some part of rotted or damaged frames with perfection. I am impressed with his work attitude and really appreciate it that he was willing to go the extra mile and perfected the work. The installation was smooth. At the end, they cleaned up everything and moved all furniture back to the original position. Also, one of the associates, Oscar, double checked all windows in details from outside ladder and made sure that everything was properly installed. And this was done around 6:30pm when it was getting dark. In all, I would say that this is a team who really cares about quality. Price - we contacted four contractors and the quoted prices ranged from 9000 to 14000. Three sons' is not the lowest. But we decided to go with this company because of its reputation and hope that we get a high quality service. And we are glad that we made this choice. Up to now, that is all I have to say - I will use this company again and will recommend them to my friends too. Thank you, Paul, Sue, Rob, and the team for doing a wonderful job.

Paul, Susan, and all of the workers at Three Sons were wonderful. They were professional, thorough, and worked with us to make sure that everything was perfect. We couldn't recommend them enough!

We have had problems with the roof ever since it was installed by Three Sons. First, and we should have checked this, but have since learned that Three Sons did not pull a permit for the job. Since the roof was installed we have started to have water damage from water coming in through the roof along the dormers. The insurance company indicated that the problem was a lack of flashing on the dormers. We asked the owner to come out to the house to look at the situation and at the time he said that there was nothing wrong with what Three Sons had done and that the water must have been coming in from the side of the house. We had a company seal the side of the house as a precaution. We have continued to have water damage and the insurance company had to come out again. Again they said that the issue is with the water coming in along the dormer. I called my city building inspector and was informed that flashing is a required part of roofing job in my state. This may be why Three Sons does not pull permits as the jobs would be subject to inspection. I had Three Sons come back out. However, they are only able to make appointments on Saturday mornings, and no other times during the week. They failed to show up for the 1st Saturday appointment which had been scheduled more than a week in advance. I am having difficulty finding any time that they company will show up. At this point it is unlikely that Three Sons will correct their work. Other issues, but not as serious, were that when the roof was complete I noticed that Three Sons had accidentally smashed a light fixture on the back of the house. They admitted to it when I called them but had no intention of telling me. Also, we found roofing nails in the driveway and yard for a few weeks after the project and my wife got one stuck in her tire. If you do hire Three Sons you should be sure to inspect the property before they leave to ensure that it is cleaned to the extent they agree in the contract "Clean yard and remove all debris created by job."

Three Sons took on this project over what would turn out to be the worst winter in New England history. We could not have asked for a more conscientious group of guys. Despite the weather, they arrived every day with a plan (and snow shovels). They were always mindful of the fact that we were residing in the home (with two kids) and went above and beyond to try to contain the fall out. Zippered doors went up, they cleaned up everyday and secured the tools, but most impressive was the level of professionalism around their interactions with each other, knowing that my kids were often around. They were incredibly respectful of our space, and I could not have asked them to be more courteous. Rob was our lead carpenter and his ability to problem solve and think "outside of the box" was impressive. Rob never said something "could not be done". He always put me at ease and presented options and manageable alternatives when roadblocks presented themselves. An example of this was when our exhaust fan was suppose to be flush mounted and the above space did not allow for enough clearance. Rob was able to modify the mounting brackets for the unit and minimize the obtrusion. Rob has a good eye, and was able to make suggestions to make the varying molding styles blend together throughout the rooms. He always remained calm, even though at times I know he had to have been very frustrated with us. Rob clearly takes significant pride in his work and we feel very fortunate to have had him lead our project. We are thrilled with the end result. We could not be more pleased with our project and would not hesitate to recommend Three Sons to our friends and family members.
