We were first-time homebuyers and our real estate attorney introduced us to Brad and Darleen. Our attorney is clearly connected in the world of real estate and knows hundreds of agents. She stressed that Brad and Darleen are at the top of her list since they’re great to work with, they’re highly responsive, and that they provide the attention their clients need. Needless to say, our attorney wasn’t wrong. It’s common in the competitive Greater Boston housing market that a buyer needs to waive an inspection. This would typically give me pause; however, Brad is very knowledgeable about houses and he provides a live and informal inspection during the showing. This includes literally everything inside and outside the house and it’s incredibly helpful to hear what’s in great shape and what needs attention, as that will have an impact on the offer we submit. Brad and Darleen are incredibly patient, they aren’t pushy, they always looked out for our best interests, and they made themselves available 24/7/365. There were only two occasions over the past year-plus where Brad and Darleen weren’t available when we wanted to see a property before its open house. In both cases Brad and Darleen connected us with someone from their office to ensure we’d see the property early. Everyone we’ve encountered from their office is great and highly responsive. There were seven offers submitted on the house we eventually purchased – including one offer that was higher than ours - but the sellers accepted our offer since the selling agent knew he could trust an aggressive offer from Brad and Darleen’s client versus the higher offer that originated from a buyer/buying agent he wasn’t familiar with. Brad and Darleen are highly connected in the area and that went a long way in helping us secure our home. Finally, Brad and Darleen have checked in on us multiple times after moving in to make sure everything is going according to plan, which was highly appreciated. Purchasing a home in this market can be incredibly stressful but that wasn’t the case for us due to working with Brad and Darleen. Brad and Darleen were great for first time homebuyers like us. First of all, they're great people and we spent a LOT of quality time with them in our home search, sticking with us through months of searching in a tough market. In our first consultation, they walked us through the whole home-buying process. From our first home visit onwards, Brad was very knowledgeable and candid about the strengths and flaws of each property, based on his background in contracting and accompanying many home inspections. When it came time to put in offers, Brad and Darleen were super responsive and worked with us night and day to make sure our offers were as competitive as possible. Throughout the process, they also recommended lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, and even contractors after we successfully won an offer. All of their recommendations turned out to be friendly, professional, and responsive. We would definitely work with them again and have recommended them to all our home-buying friends!

Brad and Darleen were helpful throughout the process. They were very fast in responding to our queries. Brad came with us to view all properties every weekend (including open houses). A walkthrough of the house with Brad was as good as doing an initial home inspection. He was very knowledgeable and gave us his honest opinion about every home. We are still in touch with them after closing and take their opinion on various things as we are first time homeowners.

Doing a walk-through of a house with someone that has a construction background changes your perspective on house hunting. Because of Brad's depth of knowledge we chose a home where the inspection basically came up with empty handed as there was nothing that he didn't point out ahead of time. Darlene was instrumental in helping land the perfect offer and working with my financial team for quick turnaround. Brad and Darleen helped sell our home in Waltham. They were both very knowledgeable about the Waltham market and provided us with a lot of information about the process in general. Open house went really smoothly, was well attended, and promoted well. They helped to navigate the entire purchasing process without any real snags. Brad helped my husband and I purchase a home in Waltham last year. I found him through Realtor.com and based on the great reviews called him up to help us find the right home. I really valued that he wasn't trying to make a sale on the first home we looked at. Since he has a background in construction , he pointed out some issues with the house and recommended not to buy. He also directed us to a great mortgage service that we ended up using as well as having the right contacts for inspections etc. I really can't say enough about how smoothly everything went with Brad.
