Description of Work: I had my hardwood floors refinished. Also had hardwood floors installed in 2 rooms. Price was good. They did a great job. However, I did feel the job was being rushed, but Tao was responsive when I expressed that concern. Overall, they did a great job. I will be hiring them to do the basement in the future.

Description of Work: Took the day out of work and company never showed or called. I called them about a half hour after they were supposed to show and got and answering machine. Someone called me the next day to say something about the time not getting transferred to his calendar. Sorry, but if you cannot make your first appointment leaves me kind of worried about the punctuality and dependability of this company.

Description of Work: I inquired as to whether they could repair an improperly done floor and although I did not use their services because an issue with the original company was settled. They were however, very polite and very very very prompt to respond to my original inquiry and to follow up.

Description of Work: Tao was great to work with. Our bedroom floors were a mess and they now look brand new. He also helped us install new hardwood floors in a kitchen area that had to match living room space and it turned out amazing. The match is perfect. Tao was prompt and got the job done in the timeframe we wanted. He was also very helpful in giving us ideas and saved us money. We will definitely use Taozen flooring again for future projects.

Description of Work: I had a condo where the parquet wood floors popped up do to water damage. Taozen removed the old floor and replaced the floor with new engineered hardwood. This was in a condo building with lots of rules and he worked with them well. Plus he had to move all the furniture around in the bedroom and the living room He handled it all well and professionally
