Service was great. They were on time, clean, and quick. Customer service is fantastic. My questions were always answered and explained. Overall great service. I will continue to use Sweetwater to open and close my pool.

They were punctual and professional. Kept on schedule in spite of the difficult times (virus affected staffing and orders deliveries).

They were a great company to work with . They were upfront and honest with a realistic time frame . They showed up exactly when they said they were going to . They left the site completely clean and even called to make sure we were happy.

Appalling invoicing. Do not give them a credit card number: they will charge you without sending an invoice to you. Then 4 months after you have closed your account with them and sold your property and moved out of state, they erroneously just charge $1k to your credit card.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had my stairs recoated, a new liner and the pool opened for the summer so I interacted with 8-10 guys including the owner, the estimator, the store staff, and the installers - all were top notch. My pool is old and tricky - they took the time to explain what they had to do to do the job right.

Great interaction between contractor and customer

We hired Sweetwater to install our pool heater and a new vinyl liner. They did a great job with everything and were very helpful in choosing a liner. We did have one small delay due to my pool steps not being standardized and having to remeasure. Steve communicated this information in a timely and professional manner. They worked with the liner company to get it resolved as quickly as possible in order to stay within our preferred timeline. We were so happy with the service we decided to hire them to also open and close our pool going forward. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company

Recently employed Sweetwater to install a vinyl liner and perform some additional service issues. Steve is great to work with and the installation was performed very timely and with little disruption. His crew is top notch and very willing to answer questions and showed considerable knowledge of all aspects of running a pool. Pricing was reasonable and there were no unpleasant surprises. Pool liner is beautiful and we are enjoying every moment we can. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them in the future for all our pool needs.

We had a very good experience with SW pool. We had some unforeseen repairs that needed to be fixed prior to putting in the liner, but we're glad it is all up and running! The liner looks awesome. We will probably use them to fix our heater too. Stephen is very easy to work with and very fair! I would recommend using Sweetwater Pools.

Very satisfied with the job

If there is a rate higher than 5, I would rate them the highest score ever exist, ever the years, we have hired multiple companies trying to fix our SPA and all failed until we found Sweetwater Pool Service, they are the best!! They identified the problem at the first visit and gave a reasonable estimate right away. Once we signed the contract, they did the job quickly and cleanly, the guy Larry is the best in the industry, he is very knowledgeable and hard working, we are so lucky to have them.

Overall I had a good experience with SWP. Initially there seemed to be some glitch in terms of getting my request through, possibly due to the online system, but once they responded they were on top of it. My pool had had some tough priming problem, and they sent their top technical person over and fixed it. Very impressive. I also like the fact the owner himself responded my request both via phone and via email, as I had had some trouble with scheduling an appointment. I would definitely use them again.

They were great with getting back to me. The appointmnet was scheduled very quickly. The tech showed up on time and was very knowledgable about pool topics. After doing some trouble shooting and making a call to which he was on hold for 20 minutes the tech changed the thermistor and said it should be fine.10 minutes after he left it started doing the same thing.I went on line and ordered a thermal regulator for 54 dollars. The part came, I installed it in about 5 minutes and the problem is fixed. I then get an email with the bill attached for $245.00. I was charged $80 for a part I could have bought for 29.95.

They are very prompt with returning phone calls, and they are always on time. They always do what they said they'll do.

We have an inground pool, Sweetwater does a weekly cleaning. They also do the opening and closing of the pool. We have an older pool and there has been a lot issues that were in need of repair with the pool, and with it all they have been very responsive and do a great job. The people that work there are all very good and trustworthy. Dana, the girl who runs the office is fantastic. We are very happy with Sweetwater Pool Services and they took very good care of us.
