Henry and his crew installed a new liner in my 20x40 inground pool, added returns and made repairs to coping. They were fair, friendly and very good workers. Communication was very good and everything was as smooth going as could be. Henry is very nice and respectful, It was like having a friend working for you..My neighbor was also impressed with their work and hired sunrise also.

Henry and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, and solved any issues that came up during the liner replacement process. Henry went above and beyond the scope of the project and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was the last to contact me for this project and it worked out to be the best decision. Our pool is not a easy one to work with, It took a bit to figure out but Henry and his crew did a great job and we are very pleased with the results, I would highly recommend Sunrise pools.

The customer service is number one and they are not doing that, they need to put a new liner.

Henry replaced my pool liner, which came out fine, however, I paid him an additional $250 dollars for new stair plates, and covers, the piece that attaches the liner to the pool. at this point, it has been over a year of unanswered calls and an incomplete job. I really had faith in him that he would finish this job but now I am stuck with exposed screws and an ugly job. I feel scammed.

Sunrise came to the rescue and they were very reliable and responsive!! We wanted the liner replaced ASAP and Henry literally made it happen within days during this busy pool season. He was a very caring person and professional! The workers were very nice and the job was beautifully done! I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Henry - my kids are beyond excited to enjoy their pool!!

Being done with pandemic was a challenge getting parts and some items were delayed due to manufacturer. No fault of Henery or his crew.they did great work on step install new liner and new skimmer. Would highly recommend this company. Remember some things are out of the installers hands so dates may need to be changed. Ty Ted S

The team that arrived to complete the work was great! Henry (owner/manager) was extremely difficult to coordinate with, impossible to reach, would not return calls, emails, or text messages. If this business were better managed, more organized, and far more responsive, then I would not only hire them again in an instant, but I would recommend them to everyone!! Unfortunately, they will never get my business again, and I will steer people clear of going through that unnecessary frustration.

This was a great experience! The quality work was completed as scheduled. The crew was genuinely caring and nice. Price was very reasonable to replace an inground liner. I will hire Sunrise again.
