Came on time, worked efficiently

I had winterized my above ground pool in September. Everything seemed fine. In late OctoberI noticed the water level had dropped a tad, so I added water and it seemed fine. At the end of November the water level dropped again and I knew I had a leak. My biggest problem was getting a new liner installed in my above ground pool with winter just around the corner. I found Sunrise Swimming Pools through Home Advisor, explained my situation and was told not to worry a new liner could be installed. Henry came out two days later, measured the pool, had me choose the pattern of the liner and came out the following week, as promised. Henry and Eduardo arrived at 8am, moved the deck back, removed the top rim, skimmer and return valve, removed the old liner, regarded the sand, installed the new liner, using a heater to keep it flexible, vacuumed the air out between the liner and the walls, added water to the level where they could reinstall the skimmers and return valve and with water level 1/3 up the pool, replaced the deck. At 4pm they were done. All I had to do was shut the water off when it reached the winter level and put the winter pillow and cover back on. I was impressed with how they worked, how they carefully and systematically removed all the parts, and once the old liner was removed, how they carefully regraded the sand both inside and outside the pool, to assure there would be no wrinkles in the new liner....and there weren’t. I thought I would loose my pool this winter, who would have thought that a new pool liner could be installed in December....but these professionals did it. Henry is a professional who knows what he’s doing and his work is exceptional. He told me he would be there for the day, that he would not leave until the job was completed and he remained true to his word. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to replace their liner or needs work on their pool. His price was reasonable and it was evident that he took great pride in the work he did.

We have hired this company on a short notice when we came back from vacation to realize there've been 3 snow storms one after another in Feb'17. Lots of already compacted snow and plowed in driveway. Henry and his helper worked for an hour and cleared not only the driveway - as we agreed over the phone - but also cleaned a car, side of the driveway and near the side door of the house. Thank you! And btw, the price was very very reasonable.

Henry was courteous on the phone, and he showed up on time. He did a great job without any issues. I would definitely hire them again.

Henry installed a storm door for me. He was prompt, courteous, charged a reasonable price & put in extra time when complications arose.

Henry the owner was a great person to do business with he new just what to do regarding my 16x32 inground pool . In addition he solved several serious problems with the piping to and from the skimmer. Rating is excellent for being on time and completed all work in a professial manner.
