 + -1 moreSteve worked by himself. As soon as the materials were delivered, he started almost immediately. As he progressed through the job, he would explain things if we had questions and ask questions to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. He paid attention to details like finishing off nicely the areas around the dryer vent and outside water spouts etc... We are very happy with everything and have had compliments from friends and family on his work. Very comfortable to work and communicate with.
Description of Work: Remove and replace aluminum siding with vinyl siding. Remove and replace front awnings.

 + -1 moreSteve performed all the work himself. He was punctual and came every day and always went straight to work on replacing our siding and gutters. When he saw problems he would let us know about them and offered options on how to fix them. There were a few days he was not able to come and do work (either due to weather or a family obligation) and he always let us know asap and was always true to his word when he would be resuming work. He always behaved in a professional manner and the work he did was meticulous. Our house looks great and we are very happy with his work and have already recommended him to friends. Definitely would hire Steve Clasby again.
