Description of Work: This was part of a "Big Deal" promotion. The service was scheduled promptly, they arrived on time, appeared to do a thorough job, including surveying basement, kitchen areas (inc behind stove, etc) and other likely suspects. We haven't seen a mouse since then - hopefully that will continue.
