BOB PRATT, THE OWNER, WAS VERY CONCERNED THAT THE JOB GO SMOOTHLY (NO COMPLICATIONS), AND WITHIN HIS DETERMINED TIME FRAME. THIS MADE HIM RELUCTANT TO ENTERTAIN SUGGESTIONS WHICH CAME UP AS WORK PROGRESSED--EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NECESSARY FOR US TO BE SATISFIED WITH THE PROJECT.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT A STONE PATIO AND SMALL WALL FOR US. THEY TURNED THE JOB AROUND QUICKLY AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE INITIAL ESTIMATE/ASSESSMENT FAILED TO TURN UP A FLAW IN OUR PLAN (A BIGGER WALL WAS NEEDED)--WHICH RESULTED IN A MID-PROJECT PRICE INCREASE. I WAS TOLD I''D RECEIVE A FOLLOW-UP VISIT TO CHECK ON HOW THE PATIO WAS SETTLING (?)--BUT TO DATE THIS HASN''T HAPPENED (6 MONTHS AGO).
