I CALLED HIM THE NEXT DAY, TO GIVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND TRY TO RESCHEDULE, BUT HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I KNOW SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN AND FOLKS CAN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, AND I SAID THAT IN MY MESSAGE, TRYING TO BE UNDERSTANDING. HE CAME RECOMMENDED FROM A LOCAL FLOORING SUPPLY COMPANY IN WALTHAM. I WILL NOT BE CALLING MR. MOSCA FOR ANY FURTHER WORK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY FLOORING WORK IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: PAUL SCHEDULED A MEETING WITH ME FOR AN ESTIMATE, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP.

THE NEWSPAPER AD I ANSWERED QUOTED 1$ A SQUARE FOOT FOR SANDING AND FINISHING. HE TURNS OUT TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF $250. BUT IT WAS QUITE A BIT LESS THAN OTHER PLACES QUOTED. SANDING AND FIRST TWO COATS WERE DONE ON SATURDAY, AND THE FINAL COAT ON SUNDAY.
Description of Work: SANDED AND COATED 12X12 FOOT HARDWOOD FLOOR PLUS SMALL CLOSET AND THREE WOOD THRESHOLDS.
