Description of Work: All landscaping and irrigation services. Very poor experience. Multiple calls required to get basic work done. After I terminated them, I notice the irrigation system leak they said they fixed was never done.

Description of Work: We engaged Bianchi to do all our yard maintenance - mowing, leaf removal, spring and fall cleanup, mulching, etc. They did some of this. They also killed several of our bushes and cut down some plants we asked them to preserve. The last straw was their 2014 "fall cleanup" -- they did not come until mid-December, stayed only a few minutes, and sent us a bill for $450. We have been calling and emailing Bianchi to dispute that bill for 2 months now, with no response except for sending us more copies of the same bill. |

The owner and his son and their crews are pleasant and professional, a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use this firm on a contracted basis as long as they are willing to provide service in my area.
Description of Work: I have contracted with Paul Bianchi for each of the past three seasons, for spring and fall cleanup, regular mowing, seasonal mulching and fertilization/grub control, and when necessary, tree and shrubbery trimming.

+ -1 moreThey were responsive when I first called them a couple of years ago. The owner who is just a very nice guy came right out, and since then we have had them come on a weekly basis to do lawn maintenance for us. I’ve been pretty happy with them. I just stopped using them two weeks ago because they were coming very early in the morning and one of my neighbors complained. There is a noise ordinance out here that you can’t have anybody doing work outside before 7 a.m., and even though they were coming right after 7 o’clock, more than one neighbor was annoyed. And so we stopped them because they couldn’t change their schedule for us. Overall, their service was very good.
Description of Work: We used Paul Bianchi Landscaping to cut our lawn and do general cleanup around our house. During spring and fall they would come out and do a bigger yard cleanup and treat our lawn.
